小学数学教师教学机智的叙事探究

【摘要】:要想成为一名优秀的教师,必须具备一定的教学机智。在教学过程中,教师所面对的对象是处于发展中的学生,不同的教学情境下会生成随机的教学资源,具有教学机智的教师能更好的利用这些教学资源,全面掌控课堂,激发学生的学习热情,达到良好的教学效果。从情感上讲,每位教师都希望在自己的教学过程中表现出相应的教学机智,让学生在知识、思维、情感等方面有所发展。本文运用叙事研究的方法,选择同一所小学的两位数学教师作为研究对象,通过课堂观察和深度访谈的方式,对教学机智在课堂上的发生进行深入研究。本文亦从教师专业成长的角度对教学机智的发生和呈现提出如下建议:第一、主动捕捉学生问题,理解学生想法,坚持课后反思;第二、顺应学生思维,多层面、多角度回应学生问题;第三、加强对课堂教学中典型案例的分类、研究与梳理。本文通过对小学数学教师教学机智的研究,期望能促使教师主动提高专业素养,为促进教师教学机智的生成提供有益的启示。
[Abstract]:In order to be an excellent teacher, you must have certain teaching tact. In the process of teaching, teachers face students in the process of development. Random teaching resources will be generated in different teaching situations. Teachers with teaching tact can make better use of these teaching resources, control the classroom in an all-round way, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, and achieve good teaching results. Emotionally speaking, every teacher hopes to show the corresponding teaching tact in his own teaching process, so that students can develop in knowledge, thinking, emotion and so on. By using the method of narrative research, this paper selects two mathematics teachers from the same primary school as the research object, and makes a deep study on the occurrence of teaching tact in the classroom through classroom observation and in-depth interview. This paper also puts forward the following suggestions on the occurrence and presentation of teaching tact from the perspective of teachers' professional growth: first, take the initiative to capture students' problems, understand students' ideas and persist in after-class reflection; second, adapt to students' thinking, multi-level, multi-angle response to students' problems; third, strengthen the classification, research and combing of typical cases in classroom teaching. Through the study of the teaching tact of primary school mathematics teachers, this paper hopes to promote teachers to improve their professional literacy and provide useful enlightenment for promoting the generation of teachers' teaching tact.
