小学高年级学生体育素养测评体系研究

【摘要】:研究目的:体育素养是促进儿童青少年养成健康、积极生活方式的能力。目前,国内缺乏儿童青少年体育素养测评体系,本研究在借鉴国外体育素养评价体系的基础上,采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等确定我国小学高年级学生体育素养测评体系,并在南京金地自在城小学中进行了应用。研究方法:采用文献资料法,翻译了加拿大体育素养评价体系;采用重测信度法和相关分析法验证了评价体系的信度;采用因子分析法,对评价指标系的结构效度进行验证。样本选自南京金地自在城小学四五六年级,每个年级男女生各35人,共210人。结果显示:第一,体育素养是指通过后天的体育活动参与和体育运动的训练所养成的能够提高其身心健康水平和生活质量的综合的体育方面的修养水平。儿童青少年体育素养包括体育活动参与过程中的积极性和自信心、身体能力、体育知识和理解力以及参与体育活动的行为等四个方面,具有全面性、易操作性、与学校体育思想一致性、面向群体的特殊性等特点。第二,重测信度检验中问卷包含的各指标两次测试结果的Kappa系数最低为0.44,最高为0.84,平均值为0.63,说明翻译过后的体育素养评价问卷信度较高。身体能力指标相关性检验中,各指标两次测试结果的相关系数都大于0.6,说明两次测量结果有较高的一致性,有较好的信度。第二,探索因子分析法抽取六个公因子,累计贡献率为65. 3%,分别命名为:体育动机和信心、灵敏项目、耐力项目、体育知识、握力、日常行为。其中灵敏项目、耐力项目、握力都可归结为一类,即身体能力。并最终归结为四个主要因子:体育动机和信心、身体能力、体育知识、日常行为。第三,实际测试结果显示,四年级男生动机和信心、身体能力、知识和理解力、日常行为的均值分别为 12. 4±2. 5、17±1.6、10.4 ±2.1、15.5 ±5.9,女生动机和信心、身体能力、知识和理解力、日常行为的均值分别为11. 9±2.0、17.5 ±2.7、10.8 ±1.7、16.3 ±6.2;五年级男生动机和信心、身体能力、知识和理解力、日常行为的均值分别为12. 8±1.5、16. 5±1. 6、10. 2±1. 6、17.3±6.0,女生动机和信心、身体能力、知识和理解力、日常行为的均值分别为12.9±2.1、17. 7±2. 5、10. 7±1.8、18. 0±6. 6;六年级男生动机和信心、身体能力、知识和理解力、日常行为的均值分别为12. 2±2. 0、17. 4±2. 3、10. 8±1. 7、17. 1±6. 7,女生动机和信心、身体能力、知识和理解力、日常行为的均值分别为11.1±2.4、19. 8±1. 8、10. 9±2.1、20. 4±6. 6。四年级男生体育素养的均值为55. 2±7. 8,女生体育素养的均值为56. 6 ±7. 6。五年级男生体育素养的均值为56. 7±6.9,女生体育素养的均值为59. 2±9. 4。六年级男生体育素养的均值为57. 6±7.8,女生体育素养的均值为62.1±7. 8。研究结论:小学高年级学生体育素养由体育动机与信心、身体能力、体育知识与理解力、日常活动行为四个维度构成,测量体系经过翻译和修改后具有较好的可读性,经过进一步验证信度和效度达到较高水平,可以在我国使用。不同年级男女生体育素养各维度都具有一定的差异性,女生在体育知识和理解力、身体能力以及日常体育行为上普遍好于男生,而在体育动机和信心方面要弱于男生。总体水平上虽然女生体育素养高于男生,但仍处于进阶级别,落后于发达国家同年龄体育素养水平,特别表现在身体能力和体育知识等方面。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the study is to improve the ability of children to develop a healthy and active way of life. At present, there is a lack of the system of the evaluation system of the children's sports literacy in China. This study, based on the evaluation system of the foreign sports literacy, uses the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics to determine the evaluation system of the students' sports literacy in the primary school of our country. And it has been applied in the city primary school in Nanjing, Jin-di. Methods: The evaluation system of the Canadian sports literacy was translated by means of the method of documentation. The reliability of the evaluation system was verified by the method of re-test and correlation analysis. The structural validity of the evaluation index system was verified by the factor analysis method. The sample is selected from the group consisting of 35 people,35 in each grade, and 210 in each grade. The results show that the first, physical accomplishment is the level of physical culture that can improve the level of physical and mental health and the quality of life by the acquired physical activity and the training of sports. The physical accomplishment of the children's youth includes four aspects, such as the initiative and self-confidence, the physical ability, the physical knowledge and the understanding, and the behavior of participating in the sports activities, etc. in the process of the participation of the sports activities, and has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, easy operation, and consistency with the school physical education. And the characteristics of the group-oriented particularity and the like. Secondly, the Kappa coefficient of the two test results in the retest reliability test is 0.44, the highest is 0.84, the average value is 0.63, which indicates that the reliability of the post-translation quality evaluation questionnaire is high. In the correlation test of physical ability index, the correlation coefficient of the two test results of each index is greater than 0.6, which indicates that the two measurements have higher consistency and good reliability. Second, the exploration factor analysis method is used to extract six male factors, and the cumulative contribution rate is 65. 3%, named as: sports motivation and confidence, sensitive project, endurance project, sports knowledge, holding power, daily behavior. Among them, the sensitive project, the endurance project, the grip strength can be reduced to a class, that is, the body capacity. Finally, it comes down to four main factors: sports motivation and confidence, physical ability, physical knowledge and daily behavior. The third, the actual test results show that the four-grade boys' motivation and confidence, physical ability, knowledge and understanding, the average of the daily behavior is 12. 4-2. 5,17-1.6, 10.4-2.1, 15.5-5.9, female motivation and confidence, physical ability, knowledge and understanding, and the average of daily behavior is 11. 9-2.0, 17.5-2.7, 10.8-1.7, 16.3-6.2; five-grade boys' motivation and confidence, physical ability, knowledge and understanding, and the average of daily behavior is 12. 8, 1.5,16. 5-1. 6,10. 2-1. 6. 17.3-6.0, female motivation and confidence, physical ability, knowledge and understanding, and daily behavior are 12.9, 2.1 and 17, respectively. 7-2. 5,10. 7, 1.8,18. 0-6. 6. The results of the study are as follows: The physical education of the senior students in primary school is composed of four dimensions, such as physical motivation and confidence, physical ability, physical knowledge and understanding, and daily activities. The measurement system has good readability after being translated and modified. After further verification, the reliability and validity have reached a higher level and can be used in China. There are some differences in the various dimensions of the physical culture of the male and female students in different grades, and the girls are better than the boys in the sports knowledge and understanding, the physical ability and the daily physical behavior, and are weaker than the male in the sports motivation and the confidence. The overall level, although the girls' sports literacy is higher than that of the boys, is still in the class, lagging behind the level of the developed countries in the same age, especially in the aspects of physical ability and sports knowledge.
