政治社会化视角下的少先队文化建设研究

【摘要】：少年儿童政治社会化是少年儿童自身与政治文化交互的过程。少先队文化建设是依据少先队组织教育目标,理性设计少先队员、少先队辅导员、教育资源等要素之间互相联系、互相作用的内容和方式的过程。少先队文化建设对促进少年儿童政治社会化具有独特的作用,是促进少年儿童政治社会化的重要手段。同时,促进少年儿童政治社会化是少先队文化建设的主要目标。因此,将少年儿童政治社会化理论与少先队文化建设进行结合研究有其必要性和可能性。基于政治社会化视角,通过文献研究法、定性分析法和案例分析法对少先队文化建设的原则、内容、路径和策略进行研究。少先队文化建设的内容设计须符合少年儿童政治社会化的结构需求。少年儿童政治社会化结构的一般要素为政治认知、政治态度、政治行为和政治信念。规范少先队标志、拓展少先队阵地、开发少先队活动资源以建设少先队物质文化,适应少年儿童政治认知的刻板性、具象性与趣味性等特征。培养良好的行为习惯、引导正确的人际交往以完善少先队行为文化,改变少年儿童政治行为的不稳定性与从众性。设计系统的正式制度、形成互补的非正式制度、制定完善的实施机制以建设少先队制度文化,养成少年儿童良好的政治态度。树立共产主义崇高理想、培养我国公民意识、践行社会主义核心价值观以建设少先队精神文化,培养少年儿童建立积极的政治信念。少先队文化建设的原则构建首先依据少先队组织教育的原则与要求,其次须考虑少年儿童政治社会化的特征以及文化建设的规律。少先队组织教育的本质是少先队组织工作者通过少先队组织学习共同体促进少年儿童实现政治社会化的活动,是构建少先队组织教育原则的逻辑起点。通过对少先队组织学习共同体关系的解构认识,基于少先队组织教育的本质与规律,尝试构建少先队组织教育原则为:教育资源的政治性、儿童性与可掌握性相结合原则;儿童主体性与成人辅导性相结合原则;统一性与因材施教相结合原则;集体教育与自我教育相结合原则。少年儿童政治社会化具有基础性、全面性、主动性与被动性的统一、个性化与社会化的统一、政治性与社会性的结合等特征。因此,少先队文化建设须遵循系统性原则、可接受性原则、政治性与教育性相结合原则、理论性与实践性相结合原则、个性与共性相结合原则。少年儿童实现政治社会化的途径主要有学校、家庭、大众媒介和少年儿童组组织等。结合少年儿童政治社会化的途径,少先队文化与家庭文化、学校文化、网络文化、传统文化相结合,生成少先队文化建设的路径。少年儿童政治社会化须经历三个阶段,即顺从阶段、认同阶段和内化阶段。少先队文化建设的策略选择需要满足少年儿童政治社会化不同阶段的要求和特点,通过构建少先队礼仪文化,促进少年儿童政治顺从;发展少先队活动文化,促进少年儿童政治认同;形成少先队体验文化,促进少年儿童政治内化。
[Abstract]:The socialization of children's politics is the process of the interaction between the children's own and the political culture. The construction of the young pioneers is the process of interlinking and interacting with each other on the basis of the educational objectives of the young pioneers, the rational design of the young pioneers, the first-team counsellors and the educational resources. The construction of the young pioneers has a unique role in promoting the political socialization of children and children, and is an important means to promote the political socialization of children and children. At the same time, the promotion of the political socialization of children and children is the main goal of the construction of the young pioneers. Therefore, it is necessary and possible to combine the theory of the children's political socialization with the construction of the young pioneers' culture. Based on the perspective of political socialization, the paper studies the principles, contents, paths and strategies of the culture construction of the Young Pioneers by means of the literature research, the qualitative analysis method and the case analysis method. The content design of the construction of the young pioneers should be in accordance with the structural needs of the children's political socialization. The general elements of the structure of children's political socialization are political cognition, political attitude, political behavior and political belief. To standardize the first team's flag, to expand the position of the Young Pioneers, to develop the resources of the first team to build the material culture of the young pioneers, to adapt to the stereotype of the children's political cognition, and to have the characteristics of such as sex and interest. To develop good behavior habits, to guide the correct interpersonal communication, to improve the behavior culture of the young pioneers, and to change the instability and the follower of the children's political behavior. The formal system of the design system, form the complementary informal system, develop the perfect implementation mechanism to build the system culture of the less advance team, and form a good political attitude of the children and the children. To set up the lofty ideals of communism, to train our citizens' consciousness, to practice the core values of socialism, to build the spirit culture of the young pioneers, and to train children and children to establish a positive political belief. The principle of the construction of the young pioneers is based on the principles and requirements of the education of the young pioneers, and then the characteristics of the children's political socialization and the law of the construction of the culture should be considered. The essence of the organization education of the young pioneers is to organize the learning community to promote the children's political socialization through the group of young pioneers, which is the logical starting point for the construction of the education principle of the young pioneers. Through the deconstruction of the relationship between the young pioneers and the learning community, on the basis of the essence and the law of the organization education of the young pioneers, the author tries to construct the principle of the organization education of the young pioneers: the political, children's and the ability to master the education resources; The principle of the combination of the child's subjectivity and the adult's tutoring; the principle of the combination of the unity with the teaching of the material; the principle of the combination of the collective education and the self-education. The political socialization of children has the characteristics of the basic, comprehensive, initiative and passivity, the unity of the individuation and the socialization, the combination of the political and the social. Therefore, the construction of the young pioneers must follow the principle of systematic principle, the principle of acceptability, the combination of political and educational nature, the combination of theory and practice, the principle of the combination of personality and universality. The way to realize the political socialization of children is mainly the school, the family, the mass media and the group of children and children. In the light of the way of the children's political socialization, the young pioneers culture is combined with the family culture, the school culture, the network culture and the traditional culture, and the path of the culture construction of the young pioneers is generated. The children's political socialization has to go through three stages, namely, the submissive stage, the recognition stage and the internalization stage. The strategic choice of the construction of the young pioneers needs to meet the requirements and features of the different stages of the political socialization of the children and the children, and through the construction of the young pioneers' etiquette and culture, the promotion of the political obedience of the children and the children, the development of the active culture of the young pioneers, the promotion of the political identity of the children and the children, and the formation of the young pioneers experience culture, Promote the political internalization of children and children.
