免费定向农村小学全科教师培养的调查研究

【摘要】：研究抽样调查重庆市首届、二届免费定向农村小学全科教育师范生,分析其报考动机、全科素养基础,对政策等的认知、认可情况,未来职业期许等。调查结果表明,全科师范生的报考动机与家庭经济状况、就业等有强相关性;他们的音、美等学科素养基础较为薄弱;全科师范生对相关政策基本认同,但存在重权利、轻义务、定向就业信念不坚定等情况;他们认为培养方案"课多、自主时间少"。鉴于此,建议招生政策对音、美等学科素养基础有所侧重;加强诚信教育、农村情感教育等;进一步调整培养方案、课程设置,以使"下得去、留得住、干得好"的政策落到实处。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a sample survey was conducted among the normal students of general education in the first and second free rural primary schools in Chongqing. The motivation of applying for the examination, the basis of general accomplishment, the cognition of policy, the recognition situation and the future career expectation were analyzed. The results show that there is a strong correlation between the motivation of general normal school students and family economic situation, employment and so on; their sound, American and other subject literacy foundation is relatively weak; the general normal school students basically agree with the relevant policies, but there are situations such as emphasizing rights, neglecting obligations, and unfirm belief in targeted employment. They think that the training program "has more classes and less independent time". In view of this, it is suggested that the enrollment policy should focus on the basis of subject literacy such as sound and beauty; strengthen honesty education, rural emotional education, etc.; and further adjust the training program and curriculum so that the policy of "going down, keeping it and doing a good job" can be implemented.
