让本土文化成为学校发展的“火车头”

【摘要】：正一所学校的校园精神必须有明确的核心理念,这个核心是一种灵魂,也是学校凝聚力和生命力的源泉。为什么很多学校的校园精神让人有似曾相识之感?校园精神的核心理念应该从哪里来?我们认为,校园精神应该独具特色、不可替代,应该体现地方或学校的历史积淀和文化背景。多年来,湖南省株洲市博雅小学以"火车头精神"作为校园精神的根基进行探索与思考,让这一既体现株洲本土特色又包含学校特有的红色历史资源的校园精神,成为引领师生成长的精神力量。
[Abstract]:The campus spirit of a school must have a clear core concept, which is a soul and a source of school cohesion and vitality. Why is the campus spirit of many schools make people feel familiar? Where should the core idea of the campus spirit come from? We believe that the spirit of the campus should be unique and irreplaceable, and the historical and cultural background of the local or school should be reflected. For many years, the Boya Primary School of Zhuzhou City of Hunan Province, as the foundation of the campus spirit, is to explore and think, so that this reflects both the local characteristics of Zhuzhou and the campus spirit of the red historical resources peculiar to the school, and has become the spiritual force leading to the growth of the teachers and students.
