小学英语词汇多模态教学的实证研究

近年来,英语教学改革陆续开展起来。新课程的目标是培养学生的利用英语能力,提高学生的口语能力和学习态度,提升学习策略和文化意识。听、说、读、写、各环节的综合运用能力的提高需要一定的词汇量为基础。改革给小学英语词汇教学工作提出了新的挑战和更高的要求。多模态话语研究兴起于20世纪90年代,影响了很多学科的研究方向。研究者开始关注多模态话语研究对外语教育教学的指导作用。国内外的专家学者从不同的角度对多模态教学进行了探究,如多模态教育技术、多模态课堂话语研究、多模态教学模式研究和多模态课堂中模态关系研究,但我国小学英语多模态词汇教学的实证研究却较少。本研究采取理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,将多模态话语研究成果引入小学英语词汇教学课堂,并实施教学实验来测试和验证两个问题:(1)多模态教学方法对小学生的英语词汇学习兴趣有何影响?(2)多模态教学方法对小学生的英语词汇学习水平有何影响?实验对象是长沙某小学四年级的两个班共70名同学。对照班沿用传统的教学模式,而实验班则采用多模态教学。实验分为两次测试(前测和后测)和两次问卷调查。笔者运用SPSS软件对实验的结果进行了统计分析。本研究发现:1)合理运用...
