埃塞俄比亚亚的斯凯特马市小学校本督导的实践与问题

  本研究旨在探讨亚的斯凯特马市多所小学中校本督导的实践与问题。作者采用了量的研究方法。亚的斯凯特马市的总人口为1016人,本研究采用系统随机抽样与目的抽样法,从中选取了187位教师、105位校本督导员(40位部门主任、30位组长、35位校监委委员)、7位校长以及6位学区监察员;采用封闭式与开放式问卷调查以及访谈采访收集数据。本研究运用Microsoft Excel软件对数据进行统计。作者成功回收了51份封闭式问卷、3份开放式问卷与5份访谈记录,并对有效问卷进行均值分析。教师与校本督导员填写的问卷结果显示:课程相关的校本督导实践均值为1.86;教学发展相关的校本督导实践均值为2.11;教师发展实践均值为1.91;课堂观察实践均值为2.17。由此可见,在小学学校中,校本督导并未得到有效落实。此外,本研究发现,影响校本督导的因素包括学校自身以及校本督导员与调查对象自身相关的许多问题,主要表现为教学水平欠佳且缺乏提高教师专业能力与改进教学过程的工作实践。最后,本研究提出了以下建议:为学校分配足够的预算资金;校级至教育局的相关人员应制定指导方针、发布指导手册并改善校本督导组织的结构;校级至地区级的...
