儿童福利院教育和技能培训用房建筑设计研究

【摘要】：本文以建筑学、特殊教育学、行为建筑学等多学科为理论研究的依据,研究儿童福利院中儿童教育用房和技能用房。通过文献阅读、实地调研、案例分析等研究方法,对儿童福利院的发展现状和建筑设计要素进行分析,其中包括对儿童福利院建筑设计的总平面图、建设规模、建筑用房组成、功能分区、建筑交通流线、建筑空间设计等多方面进行了分析。本文分析儿童福利院教育和技能培训用房的功能构成和空间设计的影响因素,包括对儿童年龄、心理与行为特征、教学方法与要求、政策与法规、规范要求等方面进行分析。总结出儿童福利院中儿童教育用房,儿童技能培训用房的功能构成与空间布局。对儿童福利院中儿童教育用房和儿童技能培训用房进行研究与样图设计,研究出适合孤残儿童使用的教育用房和技能培训用房的设计方法与设计原则。在符合《儿童福利院建设标准》的基础上,对于儿童教育和技能培训用房的空间尺度、空间功能划分、设备设施配置以及室内细部设计等进行深入的研究。研究设计出儿童福利院教育和技能培训用房建筑标准设计样图。本文研究成果经过中华人民共和国民政部和住房和城乡建设部的审批,作为国家建筑标准设计图集14J818—《儿童福利院标准设计样图》的重要组成部分。儿童福利院教育和技能培训用房标准设计样图适用于儿童福利院新建、改建和扩建工程,社会福利院中的儿童部等机构的建设参考使用,同时为相关设施的建设单位、管理单位、建筑设计等单位的有关人员,以及相关专业设计及设备企业人员参考选用。本文研究作为儿童福利院建筑设计理论研究,为儿童福利院建筑设计及儿童教育和培训用房设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the architecture, special education, behavioral architecture and other disciplines as the basis of theoretical research, children's education of children's welfare in housing and housing.
