山西省稷山县留守儿童教育问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国改革开放步伐的加快,经济的飞速发展,工业化进程的加速,,新型城镇化的推进,大量农民工涌入城市地区。在农民工大量进城的同时,催生了农村地区留守儿童这一特殊群体。据第六次人口普查统计数据显示,全国留守儿童数量达6102万人,占全国儿童总数的22%,即平均五个儿童中就有一个留守儿童,其中山西省留守儿童数量约为17万人。随着城镇化的推进,留守儿童的数量将逐步扩大。如此庞大的留守儿童群体能否健康成长,能否得到正常的教育,已成为实现我国教育公平、推动新型城镇化发展亟需解决的重要问题。 山西省稷山县作为山西省的一个县,同样面临严重的留守儿童教育问题。根据统计,目前稷山县小学初中在校的留守儿童共有2232人,占全县农村儿童的25%,即四个农村儿童中就有一个留守儿童。为确保该县留守儿童得到正常教育、健康成长,本文结合稷山县实际情况,对留守儿童数量较大的蔡村乡、清河镇和化峪镇三个乡镇内各小学的在校学生进行实地调查。 本文在对国内外留守儿童教育相关研究进行系统分析的基础上,界定和梳理了留守儿童和教育的相关概念及理论,对调查得到的480份有效问卷进行汇总、整理、分析,并从社会、学校、家庭三个方面对稷山县留守儿童教育存在的问题展开分析。同时作者还围绕这三个方面,对当前稷山县留守儿童教育问题产生的原因进行了探究,社会层面原因为城乡二元化社会经济结构,乡村经济发展缓慢,社会关注度不够,乡村教育资源缺乏;学校层面原因为学校忽视道德教育和安全教育,忽略对留守儿童的关爱以及心理疏导;家庭层面的原因为留守儿童家庭教育功能弱化,隔代监护和单亲监护难以胜任,监护人文化水平较低。最后,作者针对所发现的问题与原因,提出了解决稷山县留守儿童教育问题的具体措施,从而为改善稷山县留守儿童教育提供了有效建议。希望本研究能为稷山县留守儿童教育问题的解决提供一定的参考,也为山西省其它地区留守儿童教育问题的解决提供借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Along with China's reform and opening up, the rapid development of economy, the acceleration of industrialization, new urbanization, a large number of migrant workers into the city area. In a large number of migrant workers in cities at the same time, the birth of a special group of the children left in rural areas. According to the sixth census statistics show that the number of left-behind children up to 61 million 20 thousand people the total number of children, accounted for 22%, or an average of five children is a left-behind children in Shanxi Province, the left-behind children number about 170 thousand. With the advance of urbanization, the number of left-behind children will be gradually expanded. Such a large group of left-behind children healthy growth, can be normal education, has become the to realize education fairness in our country, to promote the new urbanization development is an important problem to be solved urgently.
Shanxi County of Jishan Province as a county in Shanxi Province, facing the same left-behind children education is a serious problem. According to statistics, at present Jishan County primary school junior high school left-behind children a total of 2232 people, children in rural areas accounted for 25% of the county, including four rural children have a left-behind children. In order to ensure that the county left-behind children normal education, healthy growth, combined with the actual situation of Jishan County, on a larger number of left-behind children Cai village, Qinghe town primary school by on-the-spot investigation and three towns in the valley town of students.
In this paper, the base of system analysis in the research on left behind children's education at home and abroad, the definition and combing the concept of left-behind children and education and the theory of 480 valid questionnaires survey summary, sorting, analysis, and from the three aspects of society, school, family analysis of Left-behind Children Education in Jishan county the problems. At the same time the author also focuses on these three aspects, the reasons for the current Jishan County left-behind children education problems have explored the social reasons, for two yuan in urban and rural areas of social economic structure, rural economic development is slow, the degree of social concern is not enough, the lack of rural education resources; school level due to the neglect of moral education and school safety education, neglect of care and psychological counseling of left behind children; family reasons for left-behind children family education function weakened, and single parent guardianship to grandparents guardianship For the guardian, the low cultural level. Finally, aiming at the question and the reason found, put forward specific measures to solve the education problems of left behind children in Jishan County, so as to provide effective recommendations for improving Jishan County left-behind children education. Hope to provide a reference for solving Jishan County left behind children's education problems to the study also, provide a reference for solving the education problems of left behind children in other areas of Shanxi province.
