【摘要】:教师是影响教育事业发展极其重要的因素,教育发展需要什么类型的教师,关系教师教育改革与发展,必须给予理性审视与批判性反思。受工具理性主义的影响,我们在探讨教师专业成长时,往往将关注重点放在教师教学技能和专业素养上,而忽略教师的哲学运思。为促进教师自主成长,并进入哲学运思之境,要求教师成为"意识唤醒""价值之思""文化生成"的教育者。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the most important factors affecting the development of education. What kind of teachers is needed for the development of education, which is related to the reform and development of teachers' education. Under the influence of instrumental rationalism, we often focus on teachers' teaching skills and professional accomplishment when we discuss teachers' professional growth. In order to promote teachers' self-growth and enter the realm of philosophical thinking, teachers are required to become educators of "consciousness arousal", "thought of value" and "culture generation".
