[Abstract]:How are new teachers to complete the role change in a short period of time, walk to the stage calmly and confidently, and how to inject positive force into the school through new teacher training? Nearly 300 new teachers in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, report to their posts at the end of August in early August. How to enable these college graduates to complete the role change in a short span of 20 days and walk calmly and confidently onto the stage.
