【摘要】：正2015年的两会,特别被期待。人均GDP达到7000美元,极大推高了教育需求。城镇化率达到54.8%(按照常住人口统计),对教育规划、教育公平提出诸多全新课题。考招改革更是激起大中小幼教育一池春水:在有了考试制度改革施工图后,关键的招生制度会怎么改、应该怎么改?学校按什么思维模式来应对?全面依法治国元年,如何实现更高水平的依法治教,从立法到执法有一个全新的开始?如何厘清教育人事管理和财政管理体制,从体制上
[Abstract]:2015 is NPC and CPPCC, especially by expectations. Per capita GDP reached $7000, greatly pushed up demand for education.
