地方义务教育公共服务标准化指标体系构建——基于多中心的视角

【摘要】：标准化作为一种现代管理方法和治理机制,对实现义务教育公共服务均衡、提升义务教育质量、促进教育公平具有重要意义。本文从公共服务供给的视角出发,以多中心理论为基础,围绕政府、学校、教师、学生、家长和社会六个维度构建了义务教育公共服务标准化指标体系的框架,以为地方义务教育发展提供新的思路和工具。
[Abstract]:Standardization, as a modern management method and governance mechanism, is of great significance in realizing the public service balance of compulsory education, improving the quality of compulsory education and promoting educational fairness. On the basis of multi-center theory, this paper constructs the framework of standardized index system of public service of compulsory education in the six dimensions of government, school, teacher, student, parent and society, which provides new ideas and tools for the development of local compulsory education.
