社会转型中的中国新型教育智库建设

【摘要】：正有关中国特色新型智库建设的重大意义、指导思想、基本原则和总体目标以及管理体制改革、制度保障体系和组织领导等,有关文件都进行了深入阐释,对加强中国特色新型智库建设的主要任务和具体措施也做出了全面部署。新型教育智库怎么搞?我认为,深入学习和领会中央精神并结合教育的实际情况,可能是讨论这个问题的两个重要方面。建设中国特色新型智库是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容,是党和政府推进科学民主决策的重要支撑。建设中国特
[Abstract]:Regarding the great significance, guiding ideology, basic principles and overall objectives of the construction of a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics, as well as the reform of the management system, the system guarantee system and the leadership of the organization, the relevant documents have been thoroughly explained. The main tasks and specific measures for strengthening the construction of the new type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics have also been comprehensively planned. In my opinion, in-depth study and understanding of the spirit of the Central Committee and combining with the actual situation of education may be two important aspects of discussing this issue. Building a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. It is an important support for the Party and government to promote scientific and democratic decision-making.
