在合作中寻求中美教育共赢——访美国加州州立大学北岭分校艾斯纳教育学院院长斯巴格纳

【摘要】：加州州立大学北岭分校(CSUN)艾斯纳教育学院(Michael D.Eisner College of Education)现任院长迈克尔·斯巴格纳(Michael E.Spagna)教授同时担任加州州立大学教育学院院长联合理事会会长、洛杉矶区域高等教育机构促进教改联盟(Institutions of Higher Education Consortium for the LA Compact)主席、CSUN"数学与科学教师培养计划"(MSTI)负责人。他在CSUN领导了由卡内基基金会、安纳伯格基金会和福特基金会资助的"新时代教师"项目,并在迪斯尼公司艾斯纳教育基金会的捐助支持下创建了以创新教学及提高教育工作者素质为重点的教与学研究发展中心(Center for Teaching and Learning),出任该中心的首席讲座教授主任。之前他曾获得北岭分校的卓越教学奖并担任教授理事会主席。目前,斯巴格纳教授正在计划筹建CSUN比较教育中心。为深入了解该中心的筹建计划以及美国教师教育、特殊教育、认知心理学等领域的最新发展方向,本刊对斯巴格纳教授进行了专访。斯巴格纳教授认为,中美两国在教育领域具有广阔的合作空间,相互的借鉴学习对彼此都具有重要意义。艾斯纳教育学院希望建立比较教育中心,致力于研究中国教育及开展中美教育合作。感谢浙江大学教育学院徐祯在翻译方面为本文作出的贡献。
[Abstract]:Professor Michael D. Eisner College of Education, current dean of the Eisner School of Education, Professor Michael E. Spagnaan, is also president of the Board of Directors of the School of Education at California State University. Director of the Institute of Higher Education Consortium for the LA Compact, "teacher Development in Mathematics and Science", President of the Los Angeles Regional Union of higher Education institutions, who led the Carnegie Foundation at CSUN. The New Age teacher program, funded by the Annenberg Foundation and the Ford Foundation, The Center for Research and Development of Teaching and Learning, which focuses on innovative teaching and improving the quality of educators, has been established with the support of the Eisner Education Foundation of Disney Company. The Center for Teaching and Learning Learning is the chief professor of the center. He was previously awarded the Beiling School Award for Excellence in Teaching and served as Chairman of the Council of Professors. Professor Spagner is planning to build the CSUN Center for Comparative Education.
