教育信息资源共建共享仿真平台设计与开发

【摘要】:当前,我国教育信息资源建设初具规模,拥有各类资源共享网站,基本解决了资源从无到有的问题,然而,教育信息资源质量整体不高,优质资源匮乏且使用效率不高的问题仍然突显。教育信息资源较之传统纸质资源,最大的特点在于共享性,凭借其共享的特性,在信息技术支持下,资源可以通过共建共享的方式,提升资源质量和实现资源利用最大化。传统的教育信息资源建设主要沿袭纸质资源的建设思路,一般采用学校自己建设资源库的模式,在“校校建设资源库”模式下,教育主管部门按在校生人数的多寡将资源建设经费平均划拨到学校,这使得建设资源的资金比较分散,各个学校重复建设资源的现象严重,资源的质量得不到保证。即使有部分学校把资源建设外包给企业开发,通常采用“一次性支付”全部费用的方式向企业购买,教育信息资源在用户使用过程中,得不到持续改进及更新,缺少后续使用服务,资源质量难以保证。针对传统教育信息资源开发建设及使用过程中存在的问题,本文首先提出教育信息资源建设资金动态投入模型,在资源建设总经费投入不变的情况下,将教育信息资源经费划分为两部分:教育信息资源开发建设经费和学校信息化环境建设经费。资源的开发由教育主管部门直接外包,由企业开发,企业根据用户使用量获得资源建设经费,学校也根据用户使用量获得信息化环境建设经费。其次,本文依据用户使用教育信息资源的积分策略、教育信息资源质量提升数学模型和使用效率提升数学模型,开发了教育信息资源共建共享仿真平台,模拟通过用户使用资源累计积分过程。通过模拟仿真,验证了教育信息资源共建共享的合理性,为开发真实的资源共建共享平台提供预测。分析结果得出:一个周期内,用户对资源的使用效率有高有低,用户使用资源的积极性也有高有低,企业为了获得更多的资源开发经费,便会不断地改进资源质量,学校为了获得更多的信息化环境建设经费,便会鼓励使用量低的用户积极使用资源,提升资源使用效率。在教育信息资源资金动态投入模型中,通过调节教育信息资源开发建设经费及学校信息化环境建设经费的比例,达到动态平衡,以此实现提升教育信息资源质量及使用效率。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of educational information resources in our country is beginning to take shape, and it has all kinds of resource-sharing websites, which basically solves the problem of resources from scratch. However, the quality of educational information resources is not high as a whole. The problem of lack of high quality resources and low efficiency of use is still prominent. Compared with traditional paper resources, educational information resources have the greatest characteristic of sharing. With the support of information technology, educational information resources are characterized by sharing. The traditional construction of educational information resources mainly follows the idea of paper resources construction, which generally adopts the mode of building resources bank by schools themselves. Under the model of "resources bank for school construction", the competent education department transfers the resources construction funds to the school according to the number of students in the school, which makes the funds of the construction resources more scattered, and the phenomenon of repeated construction resources in each school is serious. The quality of resources is not guaranteed. Even if some schools outsource the construction of resources to enterprises, they usually buy from enterprises in the form of "one-off payment", and the educational information resources are used by the users. It is difficult to guarantee the quality of resources because of the lack of continuous improvement and renewal, the lack of follow-up service, and the problems existing in the development, construction and use of traditional educational information resources. This paper first puts forward a dynamic investment model for the construction of educational information resources, under the condition that the total investment of the construction of resources remains unchanged, The funds of educational information resources are divided into two parts: the funds for the development and construction of educational information resources and the funds for the construction of the school information environment. The development of resources is directly outsourced by the competent departments of education and developed by enterprises. Enterprises get resources construction funds according to user usage, schools also get information environment construction funds according to user usage. Secondly, according to the integration strategy of users using educational information resources, The mathematical model of improving the quality of educational information resources and the mathematical model of improving the use efficiency of educational information resources have been developed, and a shared simulation platform has been developed to simulate the cumulative integration process through the use of resources by users. The rationality of the co-construction and sharing of educational information resources is verified, and the prediction is provided for the development of a real platform for co-construction and sharing of resources. The enthusiasm of users to use resources is also high and low. In order to obtain more resources development funds, enterprises will constantly improve the quality of resources, and schools will obtain more funds for the construction of information environment. In the model of dynamic investment of educational information resources, by adjusting the proportion of funds for the development and construction of educational information resources and the funds for the construction of the school information environment, To achieve dynamic balance, so as to improve the quality of educational information resources and use efficiency.
