【摘要】：战后日本通过宪法、教育基本法以及关于教育经费、教育教学条件、教师等等方面的法制保障,实现了义务教育的均衡发展。20世纪90年代以后,尽管受到了新自由主义教育改革的冲击,但保持义务教育均衡发展的基本法制并没有改变。
[Abstract]:After the war, Japan achieved the balanced development of compulsory education after 90s by adopting the Constitution, the basic Law of Education and the legal guarantee of education funds, teaching conditions, teachers, and so on. Despite the impact of neoliberal education reform, the basic legal system of maintaining the balanced development of compulsory education has not changed.
