云南H县边境教育安全现状调研报告

【摘要】：教育安全是国家安全不容忽视的一部分,而边境教育的安全则是教育安全的一个重要组成部分。为客观把握边境教育安全的状况、存在的问题,课题组先后对云南省多个边境县市开展了为期近3个月的调研。结果表明:我国边境地区的义务教育事业取得了较大的发展,学生、家长对国家、民族、文化的认同度较高,但是仍存在着对国家认同教育重视不够、学校教育脱离边疆实际、办学质量不高以及忽视相邻国家教育发展对我国边境地区教育产生负面作用等影响边境教育安全的显性和隐性的因素。因此,教育需进一步贴近边境地区区位及多民族文化特色,强化国家认同、中华文化多元一体认同、优化结构、提高质量、增强凝聚力、提高边境教育安全的程度。
[Abstract]:The security of education is a part of national security, and the security of border education is an important part of the security of education. In order to objectively grasp the situation and problems of border education security, the research group has carried out research on several border counties and cities in Yunnan province for nearly 3 months. The results show that the compulsory education in the border areas of our country has made great progress. The students and parents have a high degree of identity to the country, nation and culture, but there is still insufficient attention to the education of national identity, and school education is divorced from the reality of the frontier. The overt and recessive factors which affect the security of border education are not high quality of running schools and neglecting the negative effects of the development of education in neighboring countries on the education in the border areas of our country. Therefore, education should be closer to the border area location and multi-national cultural characteristics, strengthen the national identity, Chinese culture multi-identity, optimize the structure, improve the quality, enhance cohesion, improve the degree of border education security.
