【摘要】：正做好当前师德建设工作,重在培育良好师德文化。第一,要引导教师实现学风和师风相结合。对于学风而言,好教师首先要成为"智者",具有扎实的知识功底。对于师风而言,好教师要成为"贤者",要有崇高的道德情操。高校教师的魅力在于知识生产力和道德感染力的结合,是学风和师风的统一。因此,教师一方面要严谨笃学,另一方面要具有道德魅力,注重养成教师人格。第
