当代中国教师优秀传统文化素养的培育

【摘要】:当代中国教师优秀传统文化素养的培育具有独特价值,这突出地表现在当代中国教师对全球化背景下中国优秀传统文化的古为今用与中外会通方面所发挥的重要推动作用上。若从促成这一培育价值的实现以及中国优秀传统文化的内在特质与当代教师发展的切实需求来加以综合考量,诸如以人为本的价值观念、仁爱为怀的道德品格、爱国主义的历史精神与美善相偕的文艺情操等构成了当代中国教师优秀传统文化素养培育的主要内容。而跨文化对话法、经典诵读法、榜样模仿法以及践履体验法等则是当代中国教师优秀传统文化素养培育的基本方法。随着全球化进程的不断深化,对当代中国教师优秀传统文化素养的培育可谓正逢其时,如何积极有效地推进这一进程,还需进行长期深入的探索和开掘。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of Chinese teachers' excellent traditional cultural literacy has a unique value, which is manifested in the important role played by contemporary Chinese teachers in promoting the utilization of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the background of globalization and the connection between China and foreign countries. If we consider comprehensively the realization of this nurturing value and the inherent characteristics of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the practical needs of the development of contemporary teachers, such as the people-oriented value concept, the moral character of benevolence for the mind, The historical spirit of patriotism and the artistic sentiment of beauty and goodness constitute the main content of cultivating the excellent traditional cultural accomplishment of Chinese teachers. Cross-cultural dialogue, classical recitation, model imitation and practice experience are the basic methods to cultivate Chinese teachers' excellent traditional cultural literacy. With the deepening of the globalization process, the cultivation of Chinese teachers' excellent traditional cultural literacy is at the right time. How to actively and effectively promote this process still needs to be explored and explored for a long time.
