学校文化特色的形成策略研究

【摘要】:学校文化特色的形成,既是学校遵循规律、顺乎时势、不断积淀、与时俱进的过程,同时也是学校不断增强自身文化觉识、文化自觉、开展有目的的建设过程。在学校文化特色的形成中,不同学校采取了不同的策略。总结概括典型学校成功的经验和有关的研究成果,我们初步得出,全面发展整体推进、单项创优迁移发展、历史传统张扬扩散、面向未来创新设计是学校文化特色形成的有效策略。
[Abstract]:The formation of school cultural characteristics is not only the process of school following the law, following the current situation, constantly accumulating and advancing with the times, but also the process of the school constantly strengthening its own cultural awareness, cultural consciousness, and carrying out the purposeful construction. In the formation of school culture, different schools take different strategies. Summing up and summarizing the successful experiences of typical schools and the relevant research results, we have preliminarily drawn the conclusion that the overall development is promoted, the individual creation of excellence is transferred to development, and the historical tradition is widely spread. Innovative design for the future is an effective strategy for the formation of school cultural characteristics.
