论“负责任的教育”

【摘要】：教育改变世界,教育担负着立德树人、成就梦想的神圣使命。联合国教科文组织在《学会生存——教育世界的今天和明天》的报告中早就明确了教育的方向之一,就是使每一个人承担起包括道德责任在内的一切责任。"负责任的教育"是现代教育的价值诉求,应为教育拨正"航向";政府、教育部门、学校、家庭以及社会作为"负责任的教育"的主体,应刚性承担起教育的责任;学校尤其要潜心践行"负责任的教育",积极构建"责任育人"体系、努力营造"责任教育"文化场,以推进"负责任的教育"理念入耳、入脑、入心、入行。
[Abstract]:Education changes the world, and it takes on the sacred mission of creating people and accomplishing dreams. One of the directions of education has long been defined by UNESCO in its report "Learning to survive-Today and tomorrow of the Educational World", which is to make everyone assume all responsibilities, including moral responsibility. " Responsible education "is the value demand of modern education, which should set the right course for education, government, education department, school, family and society, as the main body of" responsible education ", should rigidly bear the responsibility of education. In particular, schools should practice "responsible education", actively construct the system of "responsible education", and strive to create a cultural field of "responsible education" so as to promote the concept of "responsible education" into ear, mind, mind and practice.
