建国以来我国教育公平问题的回顾与反思——兼谈对教育本质是追求抑或遮蔽

【摘要】:正20世纪90年代以来,促进教育公平问题备受世界各国的关注。我国在教育发展的不同时期,对教育公平的意涵及相关问题的理解及侧重也因社会发展阶段及背景而异,教育公平与效率、均衡、机会、质量和差异的关系以及主要矛盾也是不同的。教育公平的内涵是历史性的,并且有其自身一定的概念逻辑体系。对此问题的清晰化,将对我国全面实现教育公平具有一定的参考意义。本文将教育公平置于历史时空予以探讨。同时将教育公平的内涵和教育
[Abstract]:Since 1990's, the promotion of education equity has been concerned by many countries all over the world. In different periods of educational development, the understanding and emphasis on the meaning of educational equity and related issues vary with the stage and background of social development, education fairness and efficiency, balance, opportunity, and so on. The relationship between quality and difference and the principal contradiction are also different. The connotation of educational fairness is historic and has its own conceptual logic system. The clarity of this problem will have certain reference significance for our country to realize the education equity in an all-round way.
