大学生心理危机成因与干预研究

【摘要】：近年来,大学生心理危机问题日益增多,因此对大学生心理危机成因的研究分析,及对大学生开展及时、有效的危机干预成为高校面临的紧迫课题。该研究运用文献综述法,对大学生心理危机的成因进行分析,并提出了大学生心理危机的干预对策。研究结果:大学生心理危机的成因是多方面的,面对心理危机采取干预研究对策也应是多方面的,我们应更好地完善学生心理机制,全方位预防心理危机的产生。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of college students' psychological crisis is increasing day by day. Therefore, the research and analysis of the causes of the college students' psychological crisis and the timely and effective crisis intervention to the college students have become an urgent task facing the universities. In this study, the causes of college students' psychological crisis were analyzed by literature review, and the intervention countermeasures of college students' psychological crisis were put forward. The results show that the causes of college students' psychological crisis are various, and the intervention and research countermeasures should be taken in the face of psychological crisis. We should perfect the psychological mechanism of students better and prevent the emergence of psychological crisis in all aspects.
