【摘要】:我国平均每个省拥有0-6岁婴儿近700万,平均每个地市拥有0-6岁婴儿近60万;人口基数超过13亿,连续8年人口出生率保持在12‰,庞大的基数、稳定的增长与更新,铸就了黄金般的早期教育市场!早教市场在我国是从美国传入的,在我国短短的几十年里,早教市场也日趋成熟化。本文主要针对早教市场的开拓策略进行深入的思路与研究。在研究过程中,本文主要是以“爱婴斯坦早教中心”为实证分析案例,通过理论联系实际完成本文的研究工作。 爱婴斯坦早教中心作为一家主要从事婴幼儿早期教育的教育机构,如何确定公司的发展战略,培育爱婴斯坦早教中心核心竞争力,提高爱婴斯坦早教中心的综合实力,在市场竞争中不断发展壮大。本文研究重点在于通过对我国早教中心市场开拓的现状和问题进行分析,并以爱婴斯坦早教中心为例进行市场环境分析和市场开拓发展现状分析并提出相应的市场开拓的策略建议。 相信通过本文对爱婴斯坦早教中心市场开拓的分析以及市场开拓的策略建议,希望能给给早教市场带来借鉴性的思考,并能够促进早教中心的成长。
[Abstract]:The average number of infants aged 0-6 years in each province of China is nearly 7 million, and the average number of infants aged 0-6 years in each prefecture and city is nearly 600,000. The population base is over 1.3 billion, and the birth rate has been maintained at 12 per thousand for eight consecutive years. The huge base, steady growth and renewal have created the golden early education market!!! The early education market is introduced from the United States in our country, and the early education market has become more and more mature in several ten years in our country. This article mainly aims at the development strategy of the early education market to carry on the thorough thought and the research. In the research process, this article mainly carries on the thorough thought and the research to the early education market development strategy. This paper mainly takes the Babystein early Education Center as an empirical analysis case to complete the research work through the combination of theory and practice. As an educational institution mainly engaged in early childhood education, the Babystein early Education Center determines the development strategy of the company and cultivates the core competitiveness of the Baby-Friendly early Education Center. To improve the comprehensive strength of the Babystein early Education Center, in the market competition, the focus of this study is to analyze the current situation and problems of the market development of early education centers in China. Taking the Einfelstein early Education Center as an example, this paper analyzes the market environment and the present situation of market development and puts forward the corresponding strategies for market development. It is believed that through the analysis of the market development of the Babystein early Education Center and the strategic suggestions of the market development, it is hoped that it can bring reference to the early education market and promote the growth of the early Education Center.
