【摘要】: 教师在职培训作为教师专业发展的重要途径,越来越受到人们的关注,如何提高培训的效益,培训的第一个环节——培训需求的分析就显得尤为重要。本研究旨在探讨上海市幼儿园教师在职培训的需求特点及其原因,并通过分层比较,分析不同层次教师培训需求的差异,从而为提高在职培训针对性和有效性提供有益的参考,促进幼儿园教师的专业发展。 本文运用问卷及访谈的研究方法,对上海市幼儿园教师在职培训现状及需求进行调查研究,问卷覆盖全上海市19个区县,各级各类幼儿园51所,回收有效问卷418份。研究呈现了上海市幼儿园教师在职培训的现状;教师对目前培训的认识和评价;探讨了教师在职培训的需求特点及其原因分析,以及不同教龄、不同专业背景、不同性质幼儿园的教师在培训需求上的差异比较;本文还结合对园长和教研员的访谈调查,比较教师对培训需求的认识与园长、教研员对教师培训需求认识的差异。 通过研究发现,上海市幼儿园教师对在职培训的认可度较好,且具有强烈的在职培训需求。具体的需求特点如下:在培训内容上,教师对于显性、操作性强的培训内容需求强烈;在培训形式上,对于被动接受确定的知识和指导的培训形式需求较高;在培训者需求上,对于具有丰富实践经验的培训者最为青睐;在培训时间安排上,更多希望培训安排在工作期间。 针对研究结论,本文对培训内容、培训形式、培训者、培训时间安排以及幼儿园提出相应的建议,期望有助于提高幼儿园教师在职培训的实效性和针对性。
[Abstract]:As an important way of teachers' professional development, in-service training of teachers has been paid more and more attention to, how to improve the efficiency of training. The first link of training-the analysis of training needs is particularly important. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics and causes of in-service training of kindergarten teachers in Shanghai, and through stratification comparison. The differences of teachers' training needs at different levels are analyzed in order to provide a useful reference for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of in-service training and to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers. The present situation and demand of in-service training of kindergarten teachers in Shanghai are investigated by questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire covers all 19 districts and counties of Shanghai and 51 kindergartens of all levels. 418 valid questionnaires were collected. The present situation of in-service training of kindergarten teachers in Shanghai was presented. Teachers' knowledge and evaluation of current training; This paper probes into the characteristics and reasons of teachers' in-service training, and compares the training needs of teachers with different teaching years, different professional backgrounds and different nature kindergartens. This paper also compares the teachers' understanding of the training demand and the differences between the teachers' and the teachers' training needs. Through the study, it is found that Shanghai kindergarten teachers have a good acceptance of on-the-job training, and have a strong demand for in-service training. The specific characteristics of the needs are as follows: in terms of training content, teachers are explicit. Strong operational training content needs; In the form of training, there is a high demand for the passive acceptance of identified knowledge and training forms of guidance; In the needs of trainers, trainers with rich practical experience are the most favored; In the training schedule, more hope that training arrangements in the working period. In view of the research conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions on training content, training form, trainers, training time arrangement and kindergarten, which is expected to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of in-service training for kindergarten teachers.
