武汉市幼儿园户外游戏现状与对策的研究

【摘要】: 广阔的户外游戏空间,可以为幼儿的身心发展提供丰富多样的发展机会。户外游戏对幼儿的发展价值已经得到国内外教育界的广泛认同。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中明确指出“幼儿以游戏为主要活动”,幼儿园应“开展丰富多彩的户外游戏和体育活动”,“幼儿每天开展户外活动的时间至少为两小时,寄宿制幼儿园为三小时”。然而,在现实中,由于受到各方面因素的影响,幼儿进行户外游戏的机会大大减少。幼儿园作为幼儿生活的重要场所,在组织开展户外活动时,存在哪些优点和不足之处?为了组织开展高质高量的户外游戏,幼儿园可以采取何种改进措施?对此,笔者对武汉市幼儿园户外游戏的开展现状进行了实地观察和问卷调查研究,了解了武汉市幼儿园户外游戏活动的开展状况,发现了其中存在的主要问题,分析了导致这些问题的原因并提出了一些改进幼儿园户外游戏的对策建议。 本论文主体内容共分为四章: 第一章为研究概述。本章介绍了研究问题提出的缘起;界定研究中的相关概念;归纳分析了国内外户外游戏的相关研究成果。研究的意义以及研究的具体设计,笔者也在此部分进行了详细的阐述。 第二章为武汉市幼儿园户外游戏的基本情况。笔者从户外游戏场地的设置、户外游戏的组织开展状况以及幼儿教师对户外游戏的认知等方面考察了幼儿园的户外游戏。调查发现,武汉市幼儿园的户外游戏现状中有值得肯定的方面,如幼儿户外游戏的内容丰富多样,幼儿教师对户外游戏的重要性普遍表示认同,对幼儿的安全问题非常关注,大多数教师能保证每天开展户外游戏等,但还存在着很多不足之处。如民办园户外游戏场地的缺少或缺失;户外游戏区域数量较少,游戏区域内部的功能构造缺失,区域设置流于形式;大多数幼儿教偏重于在集体运动场开展户外游戏;玩具设施添置和更新的速度慢:户外游戏持续时间较短等等问题。 第三章对幼儿园户外游戏现状中的不足之处进行了原因分析和探讨。笔者分析认为,造成这些问题的主要原因有:户外游戏场地设计建设与资金投入不足之间的矛盾、教师教育观念与行为的不一致、家长的观念对幼儿户外游戏的开展带来阻力以及游戏中对幼儿生命安全与卫生的顾虑等。 第四章有针对性地提出了一些改进和提高幼儿园户外游戏质量的对策和建议。具体包括规范幼儿园户外游戏场地的设计建设、合理分配使用幼儿园资金以保障游戏场地和游戏材料的数量和质量、树立教师科学的游戏观念、优化幼儿教师户外游戏的组织开展过程、帮助家长形成正确的教养观念、加强户外游戏设施的安全检查和卫生管理、提高幼儿自我保护意识和能力、降低幼儿在户外游戏中的安全风险等方面的建议。
[Abstract]:The vast outdoor game space, It can provide rich and varied development opportunities for children's physical and mental development. The value of outdoor games to children's development has been widely recognized by the educational circles at home and abroad. The guidelines for Kindergarten Education (try out) clearly point out that "Young children" "play is the main activity," the kindergarten should "carry out a variety of outdoor games and sports activities", "children to carry out outdoor activities for at least two hours a day," However, in reality, due to the influence of various factors, children's chances of playing outdoor games are greatly reduced. As an important place for children's life, kindergartens are organizing outdoor activities. What are the advantages and disadvantages? In order to organize and develop high quality outdoor games, what improvements can kindergartens take? In response to this, the author conducted field observation and questionnaire investigation on the status quo of outdoor games in kindergartens in Wuhan, understood the development of outdoor games in kindergartens in Wuhan, and found out the main problems. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the outdoor games in kindergartens. The main content of this thesis is divided into four chapters:. The first chapter is an overview of the research. This chapter introduces the origin of the research issues; defines the relevant concepts in the study; summarizes and analyzes the relevant research results of outdoor games at home and abroad; the significance of the research and the specific design of the research. The author also carries on the detailed elaboration in this part. The second chapter is the basic situation of outdoor games in kindergartens in Wuhan. The organization and development of outdoor games and the cognition of kindergarten teachers to outdoor games are investigated. The investigation shows that there are some positive aspects in the present situation of outdoor games in kindergartens in Wuhan. For example, the content of children's outdoor games is rich and diverse, the kindergarten teachers generally agree on the importance of outdoor games, they are very concerned about the safety of young children, and most teachers can guarantee the development of outdoor games every day. However, there are still many deficiencies, such as the lack or absence of outdoor game venues in private gardens, the small number of outdoor game areas, the absence of functional structures within the game areas, and the mere formality of regional settings. The majority of toddlers focus on outdoor games in collective sports fields; toy facilities are being added and updated slowly: the duration of outdoor games is short, and so on. The third chapter analyzes and discusses the reasons for the deficiency in the present situation of outdoor games in kindergartens. The author thinks that the main reasons for these problems are: the contradiction between the design of outdoor game venues and the insufficient investment of funds. Teachers' concept of education is inconsistent with behavior, parents' concept brings resistance to the development of children's outdoor games, and concerns about children's life safety and health in games, etc. Chapter 4th puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of outdoor games in kindergartens. The rational allocation of kindergarten funds to ensure the quantity and quality of the game field and materials, to set up the teachers' scientific game concept, to optimize the organization and development process of the kindergarten teachers' outdoor games, and to help parents to form the correct education concept. Suggestions on strengthening safety inspection and hygiene management of outdoor game facilities, improving children's self-protection consciousness and ability, reducing children's safety risk in outdoor games, etc.
