农村幼儿园乡土课程资源开发与利用的问题及对策的个案研究

【摘要】: 课程资源是新一轮基础教育课程改革中提出的一个亮点,随着基础教育课程改革的推进,课程资源的作用也越来越重要。而对广大农村幼儿园而言,乡土课程资源——课程资源的分类之一对其的重要性也日益显现:乡土课程资源的开发与利用有利于农村幼儿园科学办园理念的建立;有利于农村幼儿园园本课程的开发;有利于促进农村幼儿教师专业的成长;也有利于培养农村幼儿尊重和热爱本土文化的情感。 农村地区有着丰富的乡土课程资源,对这些乡土课程资源进行开发与利用是农村幼儿园进一步发展的形式所趋。但由于诸多因素的限制,许多农村幼儿园并没有很好地开发利用当地的乡土课程资源,致使许多乡土课程资源的浪费。为了深入了解农村幼儿园乡土课程资源开发与利用中存在的问题,研究者以吉林省长春市L镇C幼儿园为例进行研究,试图对农村幼儿园乡土课程资源的开发与利用进行理论与实践方面的初步探究。 本研究主要采用质的研究方法中的个案研究,通过文献法、访谈法、观察法、实物收集的方法进行收集资料。本研究由四部分构成。第一部分:引言。从乡土课程资源这一问题的提出背景开始,在对国内已有相关文献分析的基础上,阐述本研究的研究意义以及研究对象和方法。第二部分,研究者根据文献资料中关于乡土课程资源分类的分析、整理,对C幼儿园所在地区的乡土课程资源的构成情况及特点进行了阐述与分析。第三部分,研究者在对所收集资料的整理分析的基础上,阐述了C幼儿园在乡土课程资源开发与利用中存在的问题,并对其进行了原因分析。第四部分,针对C幼儿园中存在的乡土课程资源开发与利用的问题,研究者提出了相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:Curriculum resources is a bright spot in the new round of basic education curriculum reform. With the promotion of basic education curriculum reform, the role of curriculum resources is becoming more and more important. The classification of local curriculum resources is becoming more and more important for them: the development and utilization of local curriculum resources is conducive to the establishment of the concept of scientific management of rural kindergartens, the development of rural kindergartens' curriculum, the development of rural kindergartens' curriculum and the development of rural kindergartens' curriculum. It is helpful to promote the professional growth of rural preschool teachers, and to cultivate the emotion of respecting and loving native culture. There are abundant local curriculum resources in rural areas. The development and utilization of these local curriculum resources is the trend of further development of rural kindergartens. However, due to the restrictions of many factors, Many rural kindergartens do not make good use of the local curriculum resources, resulting in the waste of many local curriculum resources. In order to understand the problems in the development and utilization of rural kindergartens' local curriculum resources, Taking the C kindergarten in Changchun, Jilin Province as an example, the researcher tries to explore the development and utilization of rural kindergarten's native curriculum resources in theory and practice. This study mainly adopts the qualitative case study, through the literature method, the interview method, the observation method, This research consists of four parts. The first part: introduction. Starting from the background of the problem of local curriculum resources, this study is based on the analysis of relevant literature in China. The research significance, object and method of this study are expounded. The second part, according to the analysis and arrangement of the classification of the local curriculum resources in the literature, This paper expounds and analyzes the constitution and characteristics of the local curriculum resources in the area where the kindergarten is located. The third part, on the basis of the collation and analysis of the collected data, This paper expounds the problems existing in the development and utilization of native curriculum resources in C kindergarten, and analyzes the causes of them in part 4th, aiming at the problems existing in the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in C kindergartens. The researchers put forward the corresponding solutions.
