河南省城市民办幼儿园教师生存状态的调查研究

【摘要】: 本文运用量的研究方法与质的研究方法相结合,对河南省城市民办园幼儿教师的生存状态进行调查与研究。研究者通过对幼儿教师和园长的调查和访谈,结合相关文献资料、相关理论,对民办幼儿园教师的生存现状及影响因素进行了深入、细致的分析,并为改善民办幼儿园教师生存状态提出一些建议。 论文由五部分组成: 第一章:绪论。随着民办幼儿园在短时间内的快速发展,民办幼儿园教师的生存状态如何?本研究将呈现河南省城市民办幼儿园教师的生存现状,分析影响民办幼儿园教师生存状态的因素,并提出一些建议以帮助民办幼儿园教师改善生存状态,促进民办幼儿园健康发展。 第二章:研究内容与设计。本研究采主要采用文献法、问卷法和访谈法。采用分层随机抽样方法抽取样本园,按地理位置对河南省五所城市28所民办幼儿园650名幼儿教师发放问卷进行调查,并对一些园长及幼儿老师进行访谈以辅助研究。 第三章:民办幼儿园教师生存状态的现状调查。对河南省城市民办幼儿园教师的生存现状的调查主要包括工作待遇、工作环境、工作压力、专业发展及主观幸福感等五个方面。最后得出如下结论:1.工作待遇偏低。河南省城市民办幼儿园教师的工资不高,基本足额发放,只有少数教师办理了五险一金。2.工作环境较好。大部分教师对自己所在园的物质环境与人际环境比较满意。3.工作压力大,压力主要来自家长及孩子。4.民办幼儿园教师专业发展意识强,但途径有限。专业成长方式主要是参加各种培训及幼儿园开展的教研活动。5.河南省民办幼儿园教师的主观幸福感现状属中等偏上水平。 第四章:河南省城市民办幼儿园教师生存现状的影响因素分析。在研究结果呈现的基础上,研究者对影响民办幼儿园教师生存状态的因素进行了分析,发现影响民办幼儿园教师生存状态的因素主要有:民办幼儿园经费来源有限,分配不合理;外部管理力度不足,内部管理机制不科学;幼儿教师个体因素。 第五章:关于改善民办幼儿园教师生存状态的思考。根据上述影响因素分析,研究者提出以下建议:扩大资金来源,合理分配经费;外部管理部门充分发挥管理职能,幼儿园内部完善管理机制;民办幼儿园教师为改善生存现状而努力。
[Abstract]:By combining quantitative and qualitative research methods, this paper investigates and studies the living conditions of urban private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province.Through the investigation and interview of the preschool teachers and the kindergarten directors, combining with the relevant literature and theory, the researcher makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the living conditions and influencing factors of the teachers in the private kindergartens.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the living condition of teachers in private kindergartens.The thesis consists of five parts:Chapter one: introduction.With the rapid development of private kindergartens in a short period of time, what are the living conditions of private kindergarten teachers?This study will present the current situation of teachers' existence in urban private kindergartens in Henan Province, analyze the factors that affect the survival state of teachers of private kindergartens, and put forward some suggestions to help teachers of private kindergartens to improve their living conditions.To promote the healthy development of private kindergartens.Chapter two: research content and design.This research mainly adopts the literature method, the questionnaire method and the interview method.By using stratified random sampling method, 650 kindergarten teachers from 28 private kindergartens in five cities of Henan Province were investigated according to their geographical location, and some school heads and teachers were interviewed to assist the research.The third chapter: the current situation investigation of teachers' living condition in private kindergartens.The investigation on the living situation of teachers in urban private kindergartens in Henan Province mainly includes five aspects: working salary, working environment, working pressure, professional development and subjective well-being.Finally, the following conclusion is drawn: 1.The pay for work is on the low side.Henan Province city private kindergarten teachers pay is not high, the basic full payment, only a small number of teachers handled five risks a gold. 2.The working environment is better.Most teachers are satisfied with their physical and interpersonal environment.Job stress, stress mainly from parents and children. 4.Private kindergarten teachers have a strong sense of professional development, but the way is limited.Professional growth is mainly to participate in various training and kindergarten activities. 5.The present situation of subjective well-being of private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province belongs to the middle and upper level.Chapter four: the analysis of the influencing factors of teachers' survival in urban private kindergartens in Henan province.On the basis of the results of the study, the researcher analyzes the factors that affect the survival state of private kindergarten teachers, and finds that the main factors affecting the survival state of private kindergarten teachers are: limited funding sources of private kindergartens.Unreasonable distribution; insufficient external management; unscientific internal management mechanism; individual factors of preschool teachers.Chapter five: thinking about improving the living condition of teachers in private kindergartens.According to the analysis of the above factors, the researcher puts forward the following suggestions: to expand the source of funds, to allocate funds rationally, to give full play to the management function of the external management department, and to perfect the management mechanism within the kindergarten;Private kindergarten teachers to improve the status quo and efforts.
