【摘要】:我国实施中长期教育改革和发展规划,受到学术界和管理者高度关注,教育咨询机构应运而生。面对教育咨询行业的激烈竞争,JA教育咨询公司发展模式,队伍建设和市场定位等面临严峻挑战。因此,研究JA教育咨询公司的发展战略,对于实现其生存和发展并举具有重要的理论与现实意义。 本文依据战略管理理论,运用实证研究方法,首先对战略管理的相关理论文献进行了系统的梳理和研究,在此基础上,结合我国教育咨询行业的发展状况,提出了发展的瓶颈和存在的主要问题;其次,运用SW0T分析法,对JA教育咨询公司内部竞争优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁进行了深入的研究分析,提出发挥自身优势,抓住政策和市场机遇的重要战略选择,构建了“客户至上、一体化、多元化、品牌发展”的增长型战略体系模式。最后,在战略定位的基础上,提出了公司主业定位、建立专业化服务团队、更新观念获取经营成本优势的战略实施对策,以确保JA教育咨询公司发展战略的有效实施。 本文旨在通过本研究找准公司的战略定位,制订切实可行的实施策略,为实现公司高效快捷快速发展提供科学的决策参考。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the medium- and long-term education reform and development plan in China has been highly concerned by the academic circles and managers, and the educational consulting institutions have emerged as the times require. Facing the fierce competition in the educational consulting industry, JA educational consulting company is developing. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development strategy of JA Education Consulting Company for its survival and development. Based on the theory of strategic management and the empirical research method, this paper firstly systematically combs and studies the relevant theoretical documents of strategic management, and on this basis, combined with the development of education consulting industry in China. The bottleneck of development and the main problems are put forward. Secondly, using the SW0T analysis method, JA educational consulting company internal competitive advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats in-depth research and analysis, put forward to give play to their own advantages. Seizing the important strategic choice of policy and market opportunity, this paper constructs the growth strategic system mode of "customer first, integration, diversification, brand development". Finally, on the basis of strategic positioning. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy of JA Educational Consulting Company, this paper puts forward the strategy implementation countermeasures of the company's main position, establishing specialized service team and renewing the concept to obtain the advantage of operating cost. The purpose of this paper is to find out the strategic position of the company through this research, to make the feasible implementation strategy, and to provide a scientific decision reference for the realization of the company's efficient, fast and rapid development.
