吉林省中职学校女生心理健康教育现状及对策研究

【摘要】:近代教育学家张謇说过:“女子教育是家庭之根本,女子无学则家庭教育不良,家庭教育不良,则社会趋向不正。”可见女生的文化素质已经与整个民族兴衰紧密的联系到了一起。中职女生作为中国女性的一部分,其整体素质也会影响整个社会民众的素质水平。 但是由于中职女生大多数受家庭环境、学习成绩、就业前景等各种因素的影响,造成她们普遍存在比较严重的自卑心理,心理健康存在着诸多问题。特别是在这个心理和生理双方面发育阶段,女生的心理健康问题尤为突出。因此,如何针对中职女生的心理特点,进行适合的心理健康教育,也就显得愈发重要起来。本文主要通过对吉林省中职学校女生的心理健康教育状况进行了调查,了解中职女生的心理发展特点,加强学校女生心理健康教育,帮助中职女生提高自身的心理素质,解决其心理健康问题,使她们能够健康地融入到社会中,进而推动整个社会素质的提高。 本论文运用调查研究的方法,针对吉林省中职女生的心理健康教育状况进行调查,主要将视角定位在中职女生心理健康教育问题方面,进行原因分析,并提出解决对策。论文主要包括以下三个部分: 第一部分,问题的提出。本文首先阐述了研究背景、目的和相关意义。并且通过大量文献资料的比对与查阅得知,目前国内外学校心理健康教育的目标、内容、实施途径和方式方法,了解我国学校心理健康教育普遍存在的问题。同时在文中明确了本文的研究方法,说明了整个研究过程。 第二部分,吉林省中职学校女生心理健康教育的调查与分析。本文通过调查吉林省中职女生的心理健康状况和心理健康教育的实施现状,了解吉林省中职学校女生心理健康教育存在的问题,并分析其形成的原因。 第三部分,提出加强吉林省中职女生心理健康教育的对策。针对中职女生的心理状况和学校心理健康教育存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,促进吉林省中职学校女生心理健康教育的有效发展。
[Abstract]:Zhang Jian, a modern educator, said: "Women's education is the foundation of the family. Then the social trend is not right. "it can be seen that the cultural quality of girls has been closely linked with the rise and fall of the whole nation. Secondary vocational school girls as a part of Chinese women." Its whole quality also can affect the quality level of the whole society populace. However, the majority of secondary vocational school girls are affected by family environment, academic performance, employment prospects and other factors, resulting in their relatively serious inferiority complex. There are many problems in mental health, especially in this psychological and physiological development stage, the mental health of girls is particularly prominent. Therefore, how to address the psychological characteristics of secondary vocational school girls. It is more and more important to carry on the suitable mental health education. This article mainly through the investigation to the mental health education situation of the female students in the secondary vocational school of Jilin province, has understood the psychological development characteristic of the secondary vocational school girls. To strengthen the mental health education of school girls, to help them improve their psychological quality, to solve their mental health problems, to enable them to integrate into the society healthily, and then to promote the improvement of the whole social quality. This paper uses the method of investigation and research to investigate the mental health education situation of the secondary vocational school girls in Jilin province. It mainly focuses on the psychological health education of the secondary vocational school girls and analyzes the reasons. The paper mainly includes the following three parts: The first part, the question raised. This article first elaborated the research background, the purpose and the correlation significance, and through the massive literature data comparison and the consult knew, the present domestic and foreign school mental health education goal. Contents, ways and methods of implementation, understanding of the general problems of mental health education in schools in China. At the same time, the research method of this paper is clarified in this paper, and the whole research process is explained. The second part, the investigation and analysis of the mental health education of the female students in the secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province. This paper investigates the mental health status and the current situation of the implementation of the mental health education of the girls in the secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province. To understand the problems in mental health education of female students in secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province, and analyze the causes of their formation. The third part puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the mental health education of the secondary vocational school girls in Jilin province. Aiming at the psychological condition of the secondary vocational school girls and the problems existing in the school mental health education, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. To promote the effective development of mental health education for girls in secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province.
