【摘要】:基于人性的共通性,教育需要具有普遍性、共同性和正当性。教育需要的满足是人实现其人性本质的根本方式,也是实现人格精神健全发展的方式。教育需要分为三类:学校安全与秩序的需要;学习与发展机会的需要;价值感与精神的需要。国家、社会和学校具有满足教育需要的义务,这是衡量国家、社会和学校是否具有教育伦理的标准。肯定人的基本教育需要并提供满足的客观条件和方式,是社会和教育基本结构的指导性原则。当一个教育基本结构没有提供满足教育需要的条件和方式,不能平等地满足每个人的基本需要,它就在教育中形成严重的剥夺,而且它也无法实现教育价值和教育目的。
[Abstract]:Based on the commonality of human nature, educational needs have universality, commonality and legitimacy. The satisfaction of educational needs is the fundamental way to realize the essence of human nature. Education needs are divided into three categories: the need for school safety and order; the need for learning and development opportunities; the need for a sense of value and spirit; and the obligation of the State, society and schools to meet the educational needs, This is a measure of whether the State, society and schools have educational ethics... To affirm the basic educational needs of human beings and to provide objective conditions and ways to meet them, It is the guiding principle of the basic structure of society and education. When a basic structure of education does not provide the conditions and means to meet the educational needs and does not equally meet the basic needs of everyone, it results in serious deprivation in education, And it can not achieve the educational value and educational purpose.
