淳化县农村义务教育资源流失的现状及其问题研究

【摘要】:近些年来,在我国许多农村地区,特别是中西部农村地区的义务教育出现了许多新问题,如优秀教师外流、学生资源流失、教育质量持续下降、教育规模不断缩小、学校大量撤并、以及因师生资源流失和学校撤并所产生的其他问题等。这些新问题日渐突出并与农村义务教育学校的传统问题,如学校教育环境差等一起,严重地影响了我国西部地区农村义务教育的顺利、健康发展,也引起了人们对此的广泛关注和深深担忧。 本研究主要用社会学的理性选择理论初步探索了当前农村义务教育资源流失这一现象。全文共分五个部分,在概述部分之后,文章从淳化县义务教育基本情况、淳化县农村义务教育资源流失情况、淳化县农村义务教育资源流失后果三个方面陈说了淳化县义务教育资源流失的现状。接着用理性选择理论分析了教师资源和学生资源流失的主、客观原因:农村教师及学生做出的外流决定和行为,是根据各自的现实和外在客观条件,在经过深思熟虑之后的一种理性选择。其中包括了教师工资待遇低、学生及家长对优质教育的追求、撤点并校形成的学生寄宿制等方面。最后,针对农村中小学教育资源流失这一问题提出了四个方面的解决对策:完善教育保障机制;构建农村义务教育学校人性化的管理;进一步加大对农村义务教育的师资援助,建设高水平师资队伍;关注农村义务教育学校师生的切身利益等。 农村义务教育资源流失现象普遍存在于中国西部地区,这将对教育的均衡发展产生很大的负面影响,也将对社会的良性运行形成一定的阻碍。因此,全社会应高度重视和关注这一问题,并尽可能快地采取应对措施,以使这一问题造成的负面影响减少至最低,确保农村义务教育的健康、快速发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in many rural areas of China, especially in the central and western rural areas, there have been many new problems of compulsory education, such as the outflow of excellent teachers, the loss of student resources, the continuous decline in the quality of education, and the continuous reduction of the scale of education.A large number of schools, as well as the loss of teacher and student resources and schools due to the withdrawal of other problems.These new problems have become increasingly prominent and, together with the traditional problems of rural compulsory education schools, such as the poor educational environment in schools, have seriously affected the smooth and healthy development of rural compulsory education in western China.Also caused the people to this widespread concern and deep worry.This research mainly uses the theory of rational choice of sociology to explore the phenomenon of the loss of rural compulsory education resources.The paper is divided into five parts. After an overview, the article starts with the basic situation of compulsory education in Chunhua County, and the loss of rural compulsory education resources in Chunhua County.Chun Hua County rural compulsory education resources loss consequences of three aspects Chen said Chunhua County compulsory education resources loss.Then it analyzes the subjective and objective reasons for the loss of teachers' and students' resources by rational choice theory: the outflow decisions and behaviors made by rural teachers and students are based on their respective reality and external objective conditions.A rational choice after careful consideration.It includes the low salary of teachers, the pursuit of high quality education by students and parents, and the boarding system of students.Finally, four countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem of the loss of educational resources in rural primary and secondary schools: to perfect the education guarantee mechanism, to construct the humanized management of rural compulsory education schools, to further increase the teacher assistance to rural compulsory education,Build a high level of teachers and pay attention to the vital interests of teachers and students in rural compulsory education schools.The phenomenon of the loss of rural compulsory education resources generally exists in western China, which will have a great negative impact on the balanced development of education, and will also form certain obstacles to the healthy operation of the society.Therefore, the whole society should attach great importance to and pay close attention to this problem, and take countermeasures as soon as possible in order to minimize the negative effects caused by this problem and ensure the healthy and rapid development of rural compulsory education.
