在线助学群组构建与应用研究

【摘要】：随着网络技术的发展,在线学习在教育领域中已被广泛应用,在线学习参与度作为影响在线学习质量的主要因素之一,受到了研究者们的关注,通过“助学者”提高学习者的在线参与度就是研究的热点之一。在我国的普通高校中,一般而言,在线学习的助学导师由任课教师或任课教师的研究生担任,往往会出现助学导师因为时间精力不足,不能及时与学生互动,影响学生在线参与的积极性。同时我们又发现,有的学生能够通过在线学习平台,与同学们分享很好的学习资源,而且作为网络核心人物,发起一个帖子,能引起很多学生的共鸣和讨论,对在线学习起到积极的推进作用。本研究中学习者扮演助学者的角色,通过构建助学群组的方式,促进整个在线学习参与度,提高在线学习的效果。本研究从笔者的学习经历出发,通过查阅与“助学者”、“边缘学习者”和“在线学习参与度”等内容相关的国内外相关研究文献,对“助学群组”进行了定义,确定了本研究的实验过程,主要有以下几个阶段: 1.实验准备阶段:搭建实验平台、分析研究对象、明确研究目标、确定研究方法; 2.实验设计阶段:结合构建助学群组需要考虑的因素,提出助学群组的构建方法、开展方式和促进技巧,提出助学群组助学活动中可以实施的策略,制定助学群组助学效果的评价量规; 3.实验实施阶段:根据实验设计阶段的助学群组构建方式,完成助学群组的构建,在实验课程中实施助学策略,并且结合实施效果,在实验过程中不断对助学策略进行完善、对评价量规进行细化; 4.实验评价阶段:从数量和质量两个角度对实验效果进行评价; 5.总结推广阶段:总结本研究的成功要点和不足之处,在新的课程的进行推广应用。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology, online learning has been widely used in the field of education. As one of the main factors affecting the quality of online learning, online learning participation has attracted the attention of researchers. One of the hotspots of this research is to improve learners' online participation through student aids. In our country's ordinary colleges and universities, generally speaking, the tutor of online learning is served by the teacher or the graduate student of the teacher, and it often appears that the tutor is unable to interact with the students because of lack of time and energy. Affect students' enthusiasm for online participation. At the same time, we also found that some students can share good learning resources with their classmates through the online learning platform, and as the core characters of the network, they can initiate a post, which can arouse the resonance and discussion of many students. Play a positive role in promoting online learning. In this study, learners play the role of student aids, through the way of building a group of students, promote the whole online learning participation, improve the effect of online learning. Based on the author's learning experience, this study defines "student support group" by referring to the relevant domestic and international research literature related to the contents of "student helper", "marginal learner" and "online learning participation". The experimental process of this study is determined, which includes the following stages: 1. The experiment preparation stage: build the experiment platform, analyze the research object, make clear the research goal, confirm the research method; 2. Experiment design stage: combining with the factors that need to be considered to construct the student aid group, the paper puts forward the construction method, the way of development and the promotion skill of the student aid group, and puts forward the strategies that can be implemented in the learning aid activities of the student aid group. To formulate the evaluation gauge of the aid effect of the student aid group; 3. The experiment implementation stage: according to the experimental design stage, the construction of the student aid group is completed, and the learning aid strategy is implemented in the experimental course, and combined with the effect of the implementation, the learning aid strategy is constantly improved in the course of the experiment. The evaluation gauge is refined; 4. The experiment evaluation stage: from the quantity and the quality two angle carries on the appraisal to the experiment effect; 5. Summary extension stage: summarize the main points and shortcomings of this research, and apply it to the new curriculum.
