湖北省幼教工作者学前融合教育观念与态度的研究

【摘要】: 有一个长期形成的共识是,生命的最初几年对于后来的发展而言是至关重要的。幼儿生活环境的质量和其社会经验对他们的健康成长和学习能力的提高将产生深远的具有决定性意义的影响。学前融合教育的提出,即是为每一个特殊幼儿提供平等、接受和包容的学习和生活环境,确保每一个特殊幼儿能够与普通幼儿共同成长、共同进步。每个儿童的生命都值得拥有最好的开端,特殊儿童也不例外。因此,在融合教育全面发展的今天,我们有必要将目光向特殊几童的学前教育延伸,帮助他们与普通幼儿一起起跑,更有利于特殊幼儿将来更好的融入社会。幼教工作者作为学前融合教育的主要参与者,其观念和态度对其具体的教学行为将产生潜移默化的影响,因此,研究幼教工作者的观念和态度,寻找幼教工作者在特殊幼儿教育上的迷失,将帮助我们正确理解学前融合教育中存在的困难,构建更有效的支持平台促进学前融合教育的高质量发展。本论文旨在通过问卷调查和访谈来了解湖北省幼教工作者对学前融合教育的观念和态度,以及在实际工作中遇到的或可能存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出解决的对策或建议以支持幼教工作者的学前融合教育工作。 本论文的研究结果表明,幼教工作者对特殊幼儿的了解还不够深入;幼教工作者对特殊幼儿的接纳态度还受多方面因素的影响;幼教工作者对不同类型和不同障碍程度的特殊幼儿的安置存在很大差异;幼教工作者在学前融合教育过程中最需解决的困难为师资问题;幼教工作者对特殊幼儿的干预已经取得一定的成效但还存在家长合作的困难。综合整个研究,可以发现湖北省学前融合教育目前还处于起步阶段,还有待通过建立广泛的舆论导向和支持体系进一步的完善和提高。
[Abstract]:There is a long-standing consensus that the first few years of life are crucial to future development. The quality of the living environment and their social experience will have a far-reaching and decisive influence on their healthy growth and learning ability. Children are provided with an equal, acceptable and inclusive learning and living environment to ensure that every particular child can grow together with the common children and make progress together. Every child's life is worth the best beginning and the special children are no exception. Therefore, it is necessary for us to focus on the preschool of the special children in today's integrated education development. The extension of education helps them start with the ordinary young children, which is more conducive to the better integration of the special children into the society in the future. The preschool workers, as the main participants in the pre school integration education, will have a subtle influence on their specific teaching behavior. Therefore, the concept and attitude of the young teachers are studied and the preschool education is sought. The disorientation of workers in special preschool education will help us correctly understand the difficulties in the pre-school integration education and build a more effective support platform to promote the high quality development of the pre school integration education. This paper aims to understand the concept and attitude of the preschool teachers in Hubei by questionnaires and interviews. And some of the problems that may exist in the actual work and the countermeasures or suggestions to solve these problems in order to support the preschool education workers' pre school integration education.
The results of this study show that the preschool education workers' understanding of special children is not deep enough; the attitude of young teachers to special children is influenced by many factors; the young teachers have great differences in the placement of special children with different types and different barriers. The most difficult to solve is the problem of teachers; the intervention of young teachers to special children has achieved certain results, but there are still difficulties in the cooperation of parents. The comprehensive study can find that the pre school integration education in Hubei is still in its infancy, and the system of public opinion guidance and support should be further finished through the establishment of a wide range of public opinion guidance and support system. Good and improved.
