【摘要】:随着建设世界一流大学这一宏伟目标的提出,我国研究型大学的发展备受关注,政府通过“211工程”、“985工程”等重点投入政策,在研究型大学的建设方面取得了突出成果。但是,政府与研究型大学往往在关注科研的同时,有意或无意地忽视了本科教育质量的提高。就连拥有世界一流研究型大学的美国,其研究生教育给各国大学树立了成功的典范,但其本科生教育却存在很多不足。所以,本科教育与研究生教育的定位问题则是我国研究型大学建设过程中首先要面对的重大挑战。 力争卓越、争创一流,不仅是时代所赋予研究型大学的历史使命,更是其自身发展的内在诉求。为了实现研究型大学本科教育与研究生教育的协调发展,本文采用了历史研究法、比较研究法、文献法等研究方法,探索了研究型大学的研究生教育与本科教育的本质和差异,分析了我国目前研究型大学本科教育与研究生教育的定位中存在的问题,探讨了符合我国国情和校情的研究型大学本科教育与研究生的科学定位。最后通过反思与思考,论述了我国研究型大学本科教育与研究生教育的辩证统一,为研究型大学的快速稳步发展提供了相应的理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the grand goal of constructing the world's first-class universities, the development of the research universities in China has attracted much attention. The government has adopted the key investment policies such as "211 Project", "985 Project" and so on. Great achievements have been made in the construction of research universities. However, the government and research universities often pay attention to scientific research at the same time. The improvement of the quality of undergraduate education has been neglected intentionally or unintentionally. Even in the United States, which has a world-class research university, its graduate education has set a successful example for universities in various countries. However, there are many deficiencies in undergraduate education, so the orientation of undergraduate education and graduate education is the first major challenge in the construction of research universities in China. Striving for excellence and striving for the first class is not only the historical mission of the research university given by the times, but also the inherent demand of its own development. In order to realize the harmonious development of undergraduate education and graduate education in the research university. This paper explores the essence and difference between graduate education and undergraduate education in research universities by using the methods of historical research, comparative research and literature research. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the orientation of undergraduate and graduate education in research universities in China. This paper probes into the scientific orientation of undergraduate education and graduate students in research universities in accordance with our national conditions and school conditions. Finally, through reflection and reflection, the dialectical unity of undergraduate education and graduate education in research universities in China is discussed. It provides a theoretical basis for the rapid and steady development of research universities.
