临床医学留学研究生培养的问题与对策

【摘要】：正近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展和国际地位的提高,国际交流日益频繁和紧密,在华医学留学生日益增多,提升留学生教学水平成为医学院校教育质量评估的又一重要标志~([1-3])。2004年以后,临床医学来华留学生增长速度远远大于来华留学生的平均水平,医学留学生占来华留学生的比例从2000年的2.6%激增到2005年的6.8%,据统计2011-2013年医学生所占比例分别为9.2%、9.3%、9.8%~([1])。医学留学研究生教育作为来华留学生人才高等教育的重要组成部分,带来更多
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of its international status, international exchanges are increasingly frequent and close, and the number of medical students studying in China is increasing day by day. Improving the teaching level of overseas students has become another important indicator of educational quality assessment in medical colleges and universities ([1-3]). After 2004, the growth rate of overseas students in clinical medicine in China is far greater than the average level of foreign students coming to China. The proportion of medical students in Chinese students soared from 2.6% in 2000 to 6.8 in 2005. According to statistics, the proportion of medical students in 2011-2013 was 9.2and 9.3 respectively. ([1]) as an important part of higher education for overseas students, medical postgraduate education has brought more and more students.
