海归博士与本土博士职业成就比较——基于全国博士质量调查的统计分析

【摘要】：根据大样本的统计资料,从默顿的积累优势理论视角出发,分析了海归博士和本土博士在职业生涯和职业成就方面的差别。统计结果显示,虽然二者在职业生涯上有很大差别,但是就学术成就来看,二者并没有显著的差别。这一结论促使我们反思现在的人才评价和使用体制。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of Merton's cumulative advantage theory, this paper analyzes the differences between the professional career and professional achievement of Dr. Hai Gui and the local doctor. The statistical results show that although there is a great difference in their career, there is no significant difference between them in terms of academic achievements. This conclusion urges us to reflect on the current talent evaluation and use system.
