提升理工类学术型研究生创新能力的策略

【摘要】：当前,我国理工类学术型研究生创新能力培养在一定范围内还存在诸如招生制度不完善、学科交叉渗透不够、科教失衡、科研实践训练不足、考评制度不健全、导师指导不够以及缺乏创新氛围等问题,严重影响学生创新能力的提升。为满足社会发展对创新型人才的需求,高校应通过优化招生制度、构建跨学科培养模式、科教融合、产学研协同育人、完善考评制度、加强导师队伍管理和营造良好创新氛围等举措,不断提升研究生创新能力。
[Abstract]:At present, the cultivation of the innovative ability of the academic postgraduate students in our country has some problems, such as imperfect enrollment system, inadequate interdisciplinary penetration, unbalance of science and education, inadequate training of scientific research, imperfect evaluation system, insufficient guidance of tutors and lack of innovative atmosphere, which seriously affect the promotion of students' innovative ability. In order to improve the demand of innovative talents, colleges and universities should improve students' innovative ability by optimizing the enrollment system, constructing interdisciplinary training mode, integrating science and education, combining production, research and research, perfecting the evaluation system, strengthening the management of tutors and creating a good atmosphere of innovation.
