学科文化视野下研究生创新能力培养路径刍议

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展,研究生创新能力的培养日益引起社会各界的普遍关注,而学科文化对研究生创新能力培养的影响是全方位和根本性的。本文从学科文化的视角,分析学科文化与研究生创新能力培养的关系,指出目前研究生创新能力培养所暴露出的各种问题均能从学科文化各要素中找到症结,最后从加强学科文化建设的角度,针对性地提出研究生创新能力培养的具体路径。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life, and the influence of subject culture on the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability is omnidirectional and fundamental. From the perspective of subject culture, this paper analyzes the relationship between subject culture and the cultivation of graduate students' innovative ability, and points out that all kinds of problems exposed by the cultivation of graduate students' innovative ability can find the crux from the elements of subject culture. Finally, from the point of view of strengthening subject culture construction, this paper puts forward the specific path of cultivating graduate students' innovative ability.
