A公司员工激励策略研究

【摘要】:我国正处于城镇化的加速期,基础建设企业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,从事基建行业的企业家们都在思考如何抢得市场先机。纵观世界上卓越的企业,都是那些能够将员工和企业的发展需求相结合,组织和个人形成良性互动的企业。我国基础建设行业经过若干年的快速发展,虽然已经形成了很大的产业规模,但房地产企业的人力资源发展水平与企业规模十分不相匹配。基础建设企业受到行业属性的影响,高端人才少、员工素质低、管理方式粗放,亟待自身修炼。 本文研究从事基础建设事业的A公司,对该公司的人力资源状况进行了调查,梳理了其已经存在和使用的员工激励措施,对现有的激励措施进行了评价。笔者将致力于对A公司人力资源状况进行定位,制定未来企业员工激励的目标和具体策略。目的就是通过A公司的员工激励措施的实施,激发员工的工作潜能,更好的为企业提供服务。企业也通过提升员工积极性,提升企业运行质量,更好的适应日趋激烈的市场竞争环境,企业的发展更上一层楼。同时,我国基础建设企业众多,大多数人力资源管理体系和员工激励体系没有建立完善,也希望为他们的发展能够尽一份绵薄之力。 本文将理论运用到具体的实践之中,对A公司人力资源管理的现状进行了调研,并进行了比较详细的评价。对A公司员工激励的措施提出了创新的目标,并提出了相应的实施措施。笔者提出了具体的建议:积极调整薪酬激励、完善绩效科学考核、引入员工职业规划、提升内部培训能力、强化企业文化激励、规划内外激励结合、保障激励措施落地,以期能够对A公司的员工激励措施创新有所帮助,并对其他的企业有所启迪。 本文的创新之处有:充分认识A公司的企业管理水平并不完全成熟,人力资源管理工作的基础不扎实,即便建立先进的员工激励体系与现有的企业发展水平并不匹配。因此笔者为A公司本阶段的员工激励目标仅仅定位为“强化现有手段、补充创新策略”,激励措施的创新是本阶段的核心。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the acceleration period of urbanization , the foundation construction enterprise ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity , the entrepreneurs engaged in the infrastructure industry are thinking how to snatch the market advance . In view of the rapid development of the enterprise in the world , the development level of human resources of the real estate enterprise is quite different from that of the enterprise . This paper studies A company engaged in basic construction enterprise , investigates the human resources condition of the company , combs the employee incentive measures already in existence and use , and evaluates the existing incentive measures . The aim is to promote the employee ' s working potential through the implementation of employee incentive measures of company A . The aim is to improve the employee ' s working potential and to better adapt to the fierce market competition environment . In this paper , the theory is applied to the concrete practice , and the present situation of human resources management in company A is investigated , and the corresponding implementation measures are put forward . The innovation of this paper is : fully realize that A company ' s enterprise management level is not fully mature , the foundation of human resource management work is not solid , even if the establishment of the advanced employee incentive system does not match the existing enterprise development level , the author points out that the employee motivation goal in this stage of company A is only positioned as " strengthening the existing means , supplementing the innovation strategy " , and the innovation of incentive measures is the core of this stage .
