【摘要】:随着经济的全球化逐步发展,企业面临越来越多的挑战,也因此认识到只有保持学习能力,才能保持其竞争优势。培训已经被视为21世纪企业提高核心竞争力的最主要手段。为了使培训发挥其效果,我们应该建立一套适应于公司企业文化和实际情况的培训体系。 深圳M装饰公司借助国家节能环保产业政策的实施以及房地产市场的健康发展的优势迅猛发展。随着企业竞争的加剧其成本优势和市场领先地位面临着严峻的竞争挑战。随着公司的迅猛发展人力资源已经成为制约公司发展的瓶颈。因为社会招聘的人才难满足其自身的需求,而校园招聘的人才培养周期较长,所以培训成为了解决人才瓶颈的重要途径。深圳M装饰公司虽然一直都比较重视培训,但是目前培训缺乏系统性和相应的培训理论的指导,导致培训工作陷入了一些误区,致使培训效果不佳。运用现代企业管理理论,结合深圳M装饰公司的实际情况,建立一套适应深圳M装饰公司的培训体系,对深圳M装饰公司在激烈的市场环境中生存和发展具有重要的意义。 本文首先通过对培训体系的相关理论进行了梳理,以此作为理论依据。再有对深圳M装饰公司的人力资源和培训的现状进行分析,得出建立起培训体系的必要性。根据深圳M装饰公司的实际情况从培训制度、培训实施和课程体系三个方面来构建深圳M装饰公司的培训体系。为了保障深圳M装饰公司的培训体系的正常实施,提出了相关的保障措施,对实施后的效果进行了评价。图28幅,表19个,参考文献62篇。
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more challenges, and therefore realize that only to maintain learning ability. In 21th century, training has been regarded as the most important means for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. We should establish a training system adapted to the company's corporate culture and reality. With the help of the implementation of the national energy conservation and environmental protection industry policy and the healthy development of the real estate market, Shenzhen M decoration company has developed rapidly. With the aggravation of enterprise competition, its cost advantage and market leading position are facing severe. Competition challenges. With the rapid development of human resources has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the company, because the social recruitment of talent is difficult to meet their own needs. The campus recruitment of talent training cycle is longer, so training has become an important way to solve the talent bottleneck. Although Shenzhen M decoration company has been paying more attention to training. However, the current lack of systematic training and the corresponding training theory guidance, leading to the training work into some mistakes, resulting in poor training results.
