【摘要】:由于现如今“生态城”热日益突显,GIS技术的信息化架构理念也在不断深入,使得现代化的房地产领域在信息方面的交换与共享不再成为空白。GIS,即地理信息系统,它从地上到地下,从体系标准到执行力度,从二维到三维,都致力于打造“一座城,一张GIS图”。GIS服务共享平台数据库的建立,实现了跨平台以及信息系统的信息交换,降低开发成本与实施风险,提高程序功能的复用性,使其由传统的数据共享方式向着空间信息在线服务方式发展,,从而满足当代“生态城”的应用需求,大大提高数字城市中不同部门之间的信息共享能力。 本文以中新生态城GIS服务共享平台的需求分析为切入点,通过对其数据库设计中遇到的技术问题和所要实现的功能细节,分析了中新生态城GIS系统平台的总体方案设计,涉及数据库设计、服务平台界面设计等方面的内容。论文的内容主要包括五个部分,即本文研究的背景和意义、GIS共享平台的总体设计、对设计的系统平台进行的测试、信息平台安全设计以及信息平台的容错设计。具体来说,阐述了GIS信息服务平台的开发工作以及各个子系统的设计工作,尤其是数据库系统的设计,最终满足公共GIS平台在“生态城”中各部门之间的信息共享服务需求,实现服务信息平台的稳定运行,做好后期应用系统建设打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the popularity of "ecological city" increasingly highlights the concept of information structure of GIS technology, which makes the exchange and sharing of information in the field of modern real estate no longer a blank. Geographic Information system (GIS), from ground to underground, from system standard to execution, from 2D to 3D, is dedicated to the establishment of "one city, one GIS map" .GIS service sharing platform database. It realizes the information exchange between platforms and information systems, reduces the development cost and implementation risk, improves the reusability of the program function, and makes it develop from the traditional data sharing mode to the spatial information online service mode. In order to meet the application needs of modern "ecological city", greatly improve the ability of information sharing among different departments in digital city. This paper takes the requirement analysis of GIS service sharing platform in Zhongxin Ecological City as the breakthrough point, through the technical problems encountered in the database design and the functional details to be implemented. This paper analyzes the overall scheme design of GIS system platform in Zhongxin Ecological City, including database design, interface design of service platform and so on. The content of this paper mainly includes five parts. The background and significance of this paper is the overall design of GIS sharing platform, the testing of the designed system platform, the security design of information platform and the fault-tolerant design of information platform. This paper expounds the development of GIS information service platform and the design of each subsystem, especially the design of database system. Finally meet the public GIS platform in the "ecological city" between the departments of the information sharing service needs, to achieve the stable operation of the service information platform, do a good job in the later application system construction laid a solid foundation.
