关于街区制的影响和借鉴

【摘要】：正街区制是发达国家通行的做法,遍布于世界各大繁华城市,在国外已发展成熟,而我国则刚刚开始探索街区制。推广街区制政策的出台对我国当前和将来的房地产市场将产生何种影响,街区制在未来的推行中应注意些什么,如何借鉴已有经验等,是值得探索的话题。一、推广街区制的影响街区制推广的出发点是基于优化街区路网结构考虑的,该政策的实行不仅影响城市交通,对房地产业产生的影响主要有以下几点。
[Abstract]:Block system is a common practice in developed countries, all over the world in the bustling cities, in foreign countries have developed mature. But our country has just begun to explore the block system. The introduction of the promotion of the block system policy on the current and future real estate market in our country will have what impact, block system in the future implementation of what should be paid attention to. How to learn from the existing experience is a topic worth exploring. Firstly, the starting point of popularizing block system is based on optimizing the road network structure, and the implementation of this policy not only affects urban traffic. The impact on the real estate industry has the following main points.
