【摘要】:在激烈的市场竞争中,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。企业只有通过人力资源来获取和保持企业的核心竞争优势,提高企业绩效,才能在激烈市场竞争中立于不败之地。绩效管理是一个完整的系统,它在人力资源管理中居于核心地位,关注的是员工绩效的提高,,而员工绩效的提高又是为组织绩效实现服务的,因此建立起一套科学有效的绩效评价体系异常重要。 本文采用规范与实证相结合,定量与定性相结合的研究方法,在绩效管理理论的基础上,通过对FY房地产现有绩效管理体系进行剖析,找出了现有绩效管理体系存在的主要问题,并结合企业的战略规划,力求通过平衡计分卡,对战略目标进行逐级分解以提取关键绩效指标来构建FY房地产的绩效管理体系。这套体系在符合先进的绩效管理理念的基础上,能解决FY房地产绩效管理中存在的实际问题,为企业的业绩增长和长期持续发展奠定基础。论文的结尾,提出了FY房地产绩效管理体系顺利推行的几点保障措施,使体系能最终较好的落地。 基于战略的绩效管理体系设计和实施,是企业管理手段的提高,这也需要在管理实践中去不断丰富和完善。本文从科学的、战略的、切合实际、可操作性强的角度,通过对FY房地产绩效管理体系的设计研究,目的是进一步发现、分析和解决企业在绩效管理中存在的问题,进而改善企业经营能力,提高企业核心竞争能力,以确保企业在行业中的竞争优势,也是试图总结出一套适合国内民营企业的,符合房地产行业特点的设计方法与实施流程,以提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. Enterprises only through human resources to obtain and maintain the core competitive advantages of enterprises, improve enterprise performance. Performance management is a complete system, it occupies the core position in the human resource management, focusing on the improvement of employee performance. Therefore, it is very important to establish a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system. Based on the theory of performance management, this paper analyzes the existing performance management system of FY real estate by combining normative and empirical, quantitative and qualitative research methods. Find out the main problems existing in the existing performance management system, and combined with the strategic planning of the enterprise, strive to pass the balanced scorecard. The strategic objectives are decomposed step by step to extract key performance indicators to construct the performance management system of FY real estate. This system is in line with the advanced concept of performance management. It can solve the practical problems in FY real estate performance management and lay the foundation for the growth of enterprise performance and long-term sustainable development. This paper puts forward some guarantee measures for the implementation of FY real estate performance management system, so that the system can fall to the ground. The design and implementation of performance management system based on strategy is the improvement of enterprise management means, which also needs to be enriched and perfected in management practice. Through the design of FY real estate performance management system, the purpose is to further find, analyze and solve the problems in performance management, and then improve the enterprise management ability. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to ensure the competitive advantage of enterprises in the industry is also trying to sum up a set of design methods and implementation processes suitable for domestic private enterprises and in line with the characteristics of the real estate industry.
