【摘要】：目前,在国家层面超过26个部、委、办、局和行,在地方超过500个城市在推进智慧城市建设;以信息通讯技术和房地产等为龙头的企业在努力创新;众多跨界的行业人士在热议智慧城市,但对智慧城市的定义、目标、对现阶段的真形势、真问题和真任务,还缺乏有效的剖析、理解和陈述。容易陷入粗放地向城市政府等推产业、产品和服务的传统模式之中。坚持五大发展理念,加快新兴技术手段支撑智慧城市建设,缓解城市问题,并进而挖潜智慧城市动能,是实现城市智慧转型的关键。
[Abstract]:At present, at the national level more than 26 ministries, commissions, offices, bureaus and banks, in more than 500 cities in the promotion of intelligent cities; Enterprises leading by information and communication technology and real estate are making great efforts to innovate; Many people from across the border industry are discussing the wisdom city, but the definition, the goal, the real situation, the real problem and the real task of the wisdom city are still lack of effective analysis. It is easy to fall into the traditional mode of pushing industry, products and services to the city government in an extensive way. Adhere to the five development concepts, accelerate the new technology means to support the construction of intelligent city, alleviate the urban problems. And then tap the wisdom of urban kinetic energy, is the key to the transformation of urban wisdom.
