战略实施的阿米巴模式研究

【摘要】：在战略管理领域,对战略实施的研究一直相对薄弱。如今,尽管战略实施受到越来越多的关注,但依然没有一套可供操作的具体的战略实施模式。本文在文献分析与管理实践的基础上,认为影响战略成功实施的主要内部因素有组织结构、运行机制与企业文化,相应体现在组织适应能力、资源配置能力和学习创新能力上。本文将阿米巴模式作为一种战略实施模式进行研究,在原有基础上完善并构建了阿米巴战略实施模式,由阿米巴组织、独立核算的内部市场机制和经营哲学三个基本要素构成。针对于阿米巴模式独特的运行机制,阿米巴组织的业绩评价机制也有所不同,本文构建了阿米巴模式的三级阿米巴组织绩效评价机制,将单位核算附加值作为基层阿米巴组织的绩效评价的单一指标,并依投入—过程—产出流程构建了二级阿米巴组织的绩效评价指标体系,以此来衡量阿米巴战略模式的有效性。实施阿米巴模式是一个循序渐进的过程,本文以某房地产集团为例,从战略实施的阿米巴模式角度,对其阿米巴模式的导入进行了分析整合,证明阿米巴战略实施模式是一种具有系统性、可操作性的有效的战略实施模式。阿米巴模式对于企业集团而言,没有绝对的好与坏之分,只有相对的适合与不适合。企业需综合考虑企业规模、业务类型以及所处的发展阶段等因素决定是否导入战略实施的阿米巴模式。导入阿米巴战略实施模式的关键,一是要有企业文化的对接平台,二是要形成独立核算的企业内部市场化机制,三是要构建与运行机制相应的阿米巴组织。
[Abstract]:In the field of strategic management, the research on strategy implementation has been relatively weak. Nowadays, although more and more attention has been paid to strategy implementation, there is still no specific strategy implementation model for operation. On the basis of literature analysis and management practice, this paper holds that the main internal factors influencing the successful implementation of the strategy are organizational structure, operational mechanism and corporate culture, which are reflected in organizational adaptability. This paper studies the amoeba model as a kind of strategic implementation model, and builds the amoeba strategy implementation model based on the original model, organized by Ameba. Independent accounting of the internal market mechanism and management philosophy of the three basic elements. In view of the unique operation mechanism of amoeba model, the performance evaluation mechanism of amoeba organization is also different. This paper constructs the three-level amoeba organization performance evaluation mechanism of the amoeba model. The value added of unit accounting is regarded as the single index of the performance evaluation of the primary amoeba organization, and the performance evaluation index system of the secondary amoeba organization is constructed according to the input-process-output process. This is used to measure the effectiveness of amoeba's strategic model. The implementation of amoeba model is a gradual process, this paper takes a real estate group as an example, from the perspective of strategic implementation of the amoeba model, the introduction of its amoeba model is analyzed and integrated. It is proved that amoeba strategy implementation model is a systematic and operable effective strategy implementation model. The amoeba model has no absolute difference between good and bad for the enterprise group, only the relative fit and not fit. The enterprise needs to consider the enterprise scale comprehensively. The business type and its development stage determine whether to import the amoeba mode of strategic implementation. The key to the introduction of amoeba strategy implementation model is to have a corporate culture docking platform. The second is to form the internal marketization mechanism of independent accounting, and the third is to construct the amoeba organization corresponding to the operation mechanism.
