【摘要】:蓝天房地产开发公司在双城市房地产市场繁荣背景下,呈现出迅速发展的态势。由于房地产业行业新政策不断出台及竞争对手逐渐增多,蓝天公司面临着巨大的困境。因此,企业迫在眉睫的问题就是制定有效的营销策略以适应环境变化。经充分调查研究,发现该公司在市场营销策略上存在很多问题。本文通过对我国房地产市场发展现状的归纳总结,对蓝天公司环境进行分析。最后,针对蓝天房地产公司市场营销策略出现的问题逐一予以分析并提出解决建议。企业的内部资源的支持是实施营销策略的有力保障,因此,本文还通过从企业人力资源保障、资金筹集保障方面建设来实现企业营销策略更加有效的实施。
[Abstract]:The blue sky in the background of the prosperity of real estate development company of Shuangcheng City real estate market, the rapid development of the situation. Because of the new policy of real estate industry and constantly growing competition, Lantian company faces enormous difficulties. Therefore, enterprises imminent problem is to develop effective marketing strategies to adapt to environmental changes. The full investigation and study, the company found that there are many problems in the marketing strategy. This paper summarizes the current development of China's real estate market is summed up, the blue sky company environment were analyzed. Finally, according to the marketing strategy of Real Estate Company blue sky market issues one by one to be analysis and solutions. The enterprise's internal resources to support the implementation of the guarantee, marketing strategy so that the enterprise from human resources and social security, to raise funds to protect the construction enterprises to achieve Marketing strategies are implemented more effectively.
