集体建设用地流转驱动力区域差异分析

【摘要】：运用主成分分析法,对发达地区和中等发达地区2003—2013年的集体建设用地流转驱动因素进行分析,研究集体建设用地流转的驱动力区域差异特征。结果表明:社会经济发展是发达地区集体建设用地流转的主要驱动力,而城镇化则是中等发达地区集体建设用地流转的主要驱动力;相较于发达地区,固定资产投资、房地产投资对中等发达地区集体建设用地流转的驱动力更强;农民人均纯收入对发达地区集体建设用地流转的驱动力较强,而对中等发达地区则较弱。在此基础上,探讨了促进发达和中等发达地区集体建设用地流转的相关政策启示。
[Abstract]:Using principal component analysis, the transfer of rural collective construction in developed region and developed region from 2003 to 2013 for the driving factors analysis of collective construction land driving force of regional differences. The results show that the social and economic development is the main driving force of the collective construction land circulation in developed areas, and urbanization is the main driving force of the collective construction land circulation in middle developed areas; compared with the developed areas, the investment in fixed assets, real estate investment in collective construction land circulation in middle developed areas the driving force of the stronger; per capita net income of rural residents of collective construction land transfer area developed a strong driving force, while the middle developed areas are weak. On this basis, discussed the related policy implications to promote collective construction in developed and middle developed areas land.
