【摘要】：本文翻译项目的原文为菲尔·哈尔金斯（Phil Harkins）与基思·耗丽翰（KeithHollihan）合著的《人人皆赢》（Everybody Wins）第二章（Anybody Who Said “Yes”）。菲尔·哈尔金斯是联动企业的首席执行官，是领导力培训的专家，他的作品不仅具有强大的号召力，而且逻辑清晰层次分明。该书讲述瑞麦公司如何在房地产业界打造成功范例的背后故事和启发，书中既有公司里发生的趣闻轶事，也有经验教训及哲理性总结，内容丰富意义深远，对房地产业及其他行业的发展都有一定的影响力。笔者选译的第二章的主要内容是瑞麦公司总裁李尼格尔如何成立公司，如何形成公司早期管理层以及在此期间所收获的经验和教训。文章语言丰富生动，语态语式变换频繁，故事性描述性都得到了充分的体现，给译者的翻译工作带来了挑战。本次论文是基于翻译实践所做的翻译报告，以归化为主要的翻译技巧，根据翻译的“信达雅”灵活运用了各种翻译方法，使译文更贴近译入语读者的文化通识和阅读习惯。报告内容主要分为四部分：第一：任务描述，包括材料来源以及对作家和作品的简单介绍。第二：翻译过程，，包括译前准备、翻译过程和译后审校。第三：案例分析，结合翻译策略和具体案例对翻译过程中的重难点进行了分析，包括翻译过程中多种翻译方法的应用和举例（主要有专有名词的翻译、四字短语的妙用、被动句的翻译、根据上下文的增译、翻译中的语序调整）。第四：翻译体会，通过这次翻译活动译者深刻的体会到翻译工作的复杂性，明白成为一名合格的译者不仅要具备相应的素质，而且需要大量的实践活动与丰富全面的理论支持。

The book tells the story and inspiration behind how Rimco has built success stories in the real estate industry. The book contains anecdotes from companies, lessons learned and philosophic summaries, which are rich and meaningful. Through the translator's profound understanding of the complexity of translation work, it is clear that to be a qualified translator, one should not only possess the corresponding qualities. And need a large number of practical activities and rich and comprehensive theoretical support.
